Styr unna!
Gammelt å nedslitt hotel. Ok baseng område og en grei strand. Ikke verdt prisen en må betale her. Finnes mye bedre og nyere hotel her nede! Lokal området rundt er også dårligt utbygd. Ville heller valgt semyniakk området..

Veldig bra for barnefamilier
fint hotell med flott beliggenhet rett ved stranden. Veldig godt tilrettelagt for barn. Kanskje litt mye unger og litt lite barer for voksne som reiser uten barn. Ble litt kjedelig å bo i Sanur etter noen dager. Ikke så mye å finne på i det området.

Stort rom, fin hotellområde, nær strand men lavvann tidlig og mye tang. Rolig område. Ligger langt fra byen. Gratis buss til shoppingsenter/ byen. Beste frokost med mye utvalg.

Outdated and filthy rooms
Me and my girlfriend spent 7 days at the hotel in July. The outdoor area is quite nice with an enjoyable beach bar, restaurants, pool bar and of course the beach area. However, our room was very disappointing. It is one thing that the room was quite old and shabby; lights did not work, curtains had burns in them, the furniture looked worn and so on. Unfortunately housekeeping was also a total disaster. The bathroom looked like it only had been wiped with some paper tissues between guests, there were spiderwebs in different places in the ceiling, mirror was dirty, drawers were not clean and so on. As a result we made one of the receptionists aware of our displeasure on the first evening. He took notes and told us he would notify housekeeping. When we came back from dinner we discovered that housekeeping had been in our room. Unfortunately their way of solving the problem was to bring us new towels and make the bed. Our room was not cleaned properly all week. Not to mention the part that when we first arrived the receptionist could not find our reservation. Fortunately we also stayed one week in Nusa Dua and some nights at Gili, these hotels were in another league..

Paradise!
I moved staying at Prama, it seems to be one of the best hotels in Sanur, with a clean beach, close to places for watersports like kiting and there are many nice reataurants along the beach and in the main street. I also liked Sanur better than Kuta and Ubud, calm and cheaper. The staff spoke very well English and were very helpful. A paradise:)

Sanur Beach Hotel perfekt for avslapping
Vi sjekket inn 12.januar og var der i 10 netter. Perfekt beliggenhet rett ved stranda. To bassenger med hvor det ene har bassengbar, også helt perfekt. Helt utrolig sjarmerende og flink betjening. Stille og rolig på kvelden. Glimrende utgangspunkt for rundturer. Vi anbefaler all inclusive. Hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste!

Second time staying here (last time was in December 2022). Great staff throughout the hotel, and an excellent breakfast catering for all tastes. Several niggles in the room, some of which were fixed by housekeeping and maintenance after reporting them: no face cloths or hand towels initially, kettle would not switch off automatically, usb charging point didn't work, many of the tv channels were unwatchable due to signal, old off-white towels supplied, bathroom sink plug mechanism worked intermittently, ice compartment in fridge frozen over. A planned maintenance programme would avoid a lot of these issues and enhance customer satisfaction. The hotel is in a great beachfront location and has many food and drink options. It also has nice gym and pool facilities.

Nice family hotel
Like all the others have said it is very outdated and desperately in the need of renovation. In case that is not a problem it is perfect for a family vacation. They have 3 different kids pools, one with nice slides. Also there is a swing on the beach and small but nice kids Club. They rent bikes with child seat. The staff is very friendly. We had dirty bed sheets when we arrived and they arranged us new room with a sea view.
