Perfect place/area, not so perfect facilities
The check-in at the hotel was a mess. The day after check-in they called from the reception and asked what my name was? No control what so ever.. The hotel is old, and it shows on all the fasileties. But the rooms was big an comfortable (had connecting rooms so our 2 children had there own room). The air-conditioning was not fully functional, and the technical staff was not able to fix this, so they just put a big floor fan in our room... The pool was grate and next to the restaurant where breakfast was served. This is a open restaurant and way to windy here. Should have some walls to stop all the wind. The alacarte menu was not good, and the food was just average. Way to pricy in restaurant. The area was perfect and quiet on the beach, and this made our stay perfect. There is a lot of good restaurants just a short walk on the beach, and we loved that.

WIFI i top resten ikke noget at råbe hurra for...
Gammelt og nedslidt hotelbyggeri. Beliggenheden er god med ca. 20 min. gåtur til byen. Maden var okay dog uden at være prangende.. Det mest positive jeg kan sige er at der var fantastisk dækning på WIFI på på Hotel og strand.

We had many issues. We booked for 5 people, but only got 4 beds. It took over an hour of negotiating and being told we had to pay extra for another bed, before we were finally given a cot for our 2 year old. The hot water, shower heads and air-conditioning were all broken & even after "servicing" did not work sufficiently. The pool is nice, but needs a good clean. Lots of algae on the tiles and calcification. The breakfast was basic but ok. It could have done with some changes and variety, after the first week got boring.

Very old hotel, which at times was charming, other times a bit disturbing as some areas were in serious need of maintenance! Crumbling doors, skirting and cornicing coming away in the rooms, peeling paint and wallpaper. Only one PowerPoint in our room so we either watched tv OR charged our phone, had to pay $20 deposit on a powerboard Just so we could boil the kettle! Aircon kind of worked, not terribly effectively... which normally would be a huge problem for us but ocean and pool were super close so was easy to cool down when we needed. Staff were friendly but not actually very helpful or accommodating. We could have stayed at a much nicer place for an extra $30 per night and we probably will next time. Overall not terrible, but not great for the price.

Vehreä paratiisi hyvällä sijainnilla. Sopii hyvin lapsiperheille. Pitkä ja rauhallinen oma ranta. Asuit sitten bungaloveissa, gardenissa tai Grandissa, niin kaikki altaat vapaasti valittavissa. Satama ja Golf kenttä ovat aivan naapurissa, muutenkin Sanur kävelyetäisyydellä. Hyvä Wifi.

Very disappointing! Not recommanded at all!
Ac not working. Repaired twice but still not working. No safety box as written on room description. The room was very smelly. We had to have the floor cleaned as our feet were black when walking without sandals inside the room. Dirt and dust behind bed and furniture. Swimming pool very dirty. Beautiful grounds and beach. Breakfast good. Restaurant good. Rooms and pool should be closed for overall renovation and cleaning.

Good surroundings and atmosphere.. but room are not so well kept. Rooms are showing their age, AC is another challenge which can be seen in many reviews. Complained twice but nothing much happened. Lastly asked for a fan which was provided. Pool restaurant doesnt have much options for food other than pizza, sandwiches and limited drink options. On the other side staff is warm and pleasing.

everything in our room was outdated, smelled. a/c vents were very dirty and the air it blew didn’t feel healthy. this was after we got moved to 2nd room. the original room we were offered was even worse in addition to all the problems above the shower head looked dirty/rusty.

The staff were rude, absolutely unhelpful and constantly confused. They treated you like you were a burden. The pools were dirty and because the water was not changed often enough, the temp of the pool could reach close to 30 c. The beach in which the hotel boasts about in their adds is not usable. The menu on the restaurent has very few items to choose from. The rooms are ok though.

I was pleasantly surprised with hotel as I had read bad reviews!! Inna Bali Beach Garden is great value for what you pay. It is right on the beach, spacious rooms,lovely gardens and walking distance to other restaurants . Sure the decor is old Bali style and a little tired but clean and great value

Great stay for young kids and tired parents.
Perfect place for families - perfect self-contained accommodation for kids and tired parents, without being one of those crazy resorts with thousands of screaming kids. Nice gardens for the kids to explore. Great location right on Sanur beach, with access to beautiful waterfront walkways and shops. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms are a bit tired but clean and I think about right for the price. We would visit again. Thanks

Loved my room at the Inna Bali beach garden. My balcony overlooked gorgeous gardens and the beach. I had all the necessary things in my room including hair dryer, fridge, tea and coffee, excellent air conditioner, soaps, tooth brushes etc... Good value for money. Nice buffet breakfast. Buildings and rooms are older and out-dated, but clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Located right on the beach, with shopping etc. Close by. We would go back again, as its good value for the money we paid

Lovely quiet beach location
Great stay in Sanur. Lovey garden location on the beach. Rooms are old style large with big comfy bed. Bathrooms needed an upgrade but functional. Aircon was only just cool enough and couldn’t be adjusted. Food at restaurant and room service was good and service to rooms quick. Breakfast buffet a little limited but adequate. Pool was lovely. Would stay again. Loved the location on the beach and close to restaurants bars and markets. Staff and locals all friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was dirty and outdated. Shower didn't work. No safe in the room. They provided one on request which didn't work. One one powerpoint in the room worked. Pool had grime around the edges. Had a stray cat roaming the halls and it came into our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were booked for 3 nights and checked out after a few hours.

While the staff are very friendly and helpful the resort itself is very shabby and rundown. The location is brilliant. I would definitely stay there again but not before it has been updated.

I liked the location and accessibility to shops, walking and beach. Did not like the rooms. Cleanliness could be better. Some bathrooms need a lot of repair
