The property is a beautiful oasis but it isn't in the best location after saying that I will not stop me from booking again. if your looking for somewhere to stay for pure serenity and self pampering this is the place to be. was easy to hire a driver to view the attractions around which is what i suggest

Relax
It was very quiet when I was there. Staff very friendly. Had the pool area to myself and it was super relaxing and tranquil. Loved the outdoor areas and the style of the bungalow which made walking through the grounds very zen like. It is a bit of a walk to beach and restaurants, but I liked walking. Some solo woman may not find it comfortable walking the dark streets behind hotel.

お盆やすみに5泊しました。ビーチはホテルから近道を教えてもらいますが結構な距離があります。レストランやショップ、ＡＴＭなどにも5～10分ほど歩きますが許容範囲かなと思います。ヴィラなのでとても静かで快適。バスルームが広すぎるほどでしたが熱がこもらずやはり快適。スタッフも敷地内のレストランもとてもフレンドリーで親切です。プール・スパ・レストランと何でも揃っています。徒歩圏での利便性のみ向上すれば完璧かなと思います。金庫はありません。ティッシュペーパーはありません。ドライヤーは借りれました。

Low density, excellent garden environment. Low cost, nice staff. Overall impression of decor was of shabby chic retro Art Deco. Excelllent value. Down sides.. long walk through unit alleys with piddles to town 10mins away. Just adequate breakfast in strange quirky deserted on site restaurant. Overall great value achieved at expense of position in town.

素敵な滞在となりました。
滞在者が少なかったためか、ホテル内は非常に静かで、とても穏やかな時間を過ごせました。レストランで食事をオーダーしてプールサイドでのんびり食べたり、パラソルの下で風鈴の音色を聴きながら本を読んだりととにかく最高の滞在となりました。裏門から歩いて15分ほどで小さなお店が並んでいる通りに出ることができますので、そこでマッサージ(1時間800円)や、ショッピング(バッグ、ワンピース、雑貨)を楽しむこともできました。

ゆっくり気軽に過ごすなら
アットホームな雰囲気のホテルでした。小さいホテルならではのサービス感があり、ゆっくり安心して過ごせました。レセプションの方も丁寧に説明、手配してくれますしスパ・ベットメイキング・カフェのスタッフ皆さん感じが良かったです。場所柄騒ぐような方は滞在しないかもしれませんが私が滞在している間はプールサイドで騒ぐようなお客さんはいませんでしたので静かに過ごせました。朝食もメインを選べでフルーツ等も付いてくるので朝食としては十分です。静かにゆっくり気軽な時間を過ごしたい方、女性1人旅にもお勧めです。

The hotel is really unique. Don’t expect all of the amenities in your room. This place is best enjoyed by the pool and around the gardens. This is the kind of place you stay at to get away from it all. You can hang by the pool and relax while ordering tropical cocktails.

Affordable, classical and beautiful
It was a classical, beautiful hotels with a lot of arts and garden. It was good just spend time in the garden. The room was simple and nice. They also offer good wifi and breakfast. The staff is nice and helpful. The was a male staff in the reception, always give us a big smile when he talked. Well done!!!

The actual lack-of-care indoor condition of a villa for me absoluteky does Not meet its price. An old village does mean the hotel management provides damaged artikels, stained bed cover, stuffy wardrobe without working fans, rusted plates for breakfast, nor so many old photos of dead people in your private rooms, etc. A better cook for a fresh breakfast is also in need. Here came little sunshine in the village. The friendly helpful receiption and smiles of service crews, the swimming pool for relaxation in the evening, the foot massage, a daily free shuttle transport in Sanur, and a very green sunny colorful garden more to the pictures on the website.

Oldie colonial feel with a French accent.
The hotel is small and intamit with fabulous gardens. The onsite restaurant was great for breekie and an evening meal. The walk to the Main Street would not suit everyone but the local cab ride was 3 to $5. Ladies may appreciate better lighting in the bathroom and a powerpoint but the rest of the room, aircon, bed, fridge, tea & coffee etc where adequate form an inexpensive hotel. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The pool area is well maintained and very comfortable.

Een sfeervol kleinschalig hotel in oude stijl. Ligt aan een drukke weg maar daar merk je niets van. Je kan een achteruitgang nemen richting het centrum. De houten huisjes zijn erg leuk en staan in een mooie tuin. Bij het zwembad staan fijne ligbedden. De huisjes zijn sfeervol ingericht, bed met klamboe, grote badkamer met bad en aparte douche. Een eigen veranda en wij hadden zelfs een eigen tuintje. Het ontbijt is vrij summier, aangegeven dat wij wat variatie missen. bv yoghurt of meer variatie in fruit. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam, geïnteresseerd. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf en zeker aan te raden!!

Outstanding, quirky, amazingly friendly staff
This small, individual, quirky, gem of a hotel was amazing. Definitely not your run of the mill anonymous hotel. I stayed in a villa, which was very clean, tastefully and individually furnished with collectables and antiques. Unique bath tub and walk in shower lined with stones, seperate toilet. There was a fridge, kettle, tea / coffee and a couple of bottles of water provided. Extras such as handy umbrellas were a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful with lots of seating areas, eg large open sided room, poolside cabanas. The pool was spotless, just like the rest of the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable. I used the laundry man just outside the entrance 15k per kilo and was happy with the results. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

This place is amazing! The staff is great, the pool is clean and the garden is beautiful. Also, their restaurant is so cute and the food was both fresh and great there. The room was clean and we had a cute balcony. I loved it. I did not enjoy Sanur though, but staying at that hotel was perfect.

First of all , there was strong smell from washroom , unbearable! There was an emergency situation that I had to go out in middle of the night .. but There is noooo light what so ever in the hallways or yard .. absolutely dark .. a huge lizard was in my room .. restaurant staff coughed all the time while serving that food !! My sheets does not look fresh at all ...

A Hidden Paradise
On arrival at 2 am in the morning on a busy main road, the gates were closed and we thought 'oh no what have we done?' The security guard gave us a key and led us through and behind the entrance was the most beautiful , quaint hotel. I fell in love instantly. The staff were excellent and accommodating, rooms cleaned every day, pool towels, clean towels daily, air con, 3 showers with HOT water, one outside on a small patio. The on,y thing I found wrong was no wardrobe space but then I took too many clothes and it may be different in another room as they were all different. It s not a normal hotel, all accommodation is separate, your own old Javanese hut/home bungalow.

Kiva uima-allas keskeisellä paikalla, lämmin vesi. Hotellin ravintolaa en voi suositella. Ruuat laatuun nähden hintavia. Aamupala oli ok, valitaan listalta esim. Mukakas, kahvi, pieni leipäpala, hedelmäkuho. Ei mikään viiden tähden buffa. Hotellin henkilökunta palvelualtista ja ystävällistä.

Leuk knus hotel.
Superleuk en knus hotel met een heleboel verrassingen, het is allemaal wel een beetje oud maar wel erg leuk. De huisjes zijn authentiek en helemaal in Indonesische stijl. Binnen 15 minuten ben je in de winkelstraat en 20 minuten bij het strand. Zoek je iets knus en apart dan is dit hotel een aanrader.

Helaas ben ik ziek geworden, in overleg kwam de dokter die verbonden is aan het hotel. 2x per dag medische zorg. Ziek worden tijdens een vakantie is afschuwelijk. Maar we waren blij dat we bij pure tempoe doeloe vertoefden. Lieve zorgzame mensen, altijd belangstelling en niets was te veel. Ik hoop dat ik in de gelegenheid ben dit hotel volgend jaar weer aan te kunnen doen.

Hübsches kleines Hotel im balinesischen Stil
Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit einer tollen Gartenanlage, in der sich einige kleine Häuschen im balinesischen Stil befinden, in denen die Zimmer untergebracht sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gerade auch bei der Organisation eines Taxis oder bei der Tourenplanung. Der kleine Pool lädt herrlich zum Entspannen ein. Im zugehörigen Spa kann man es sich bei diversen Behandlungen gut gehen lassen. Die Massagen waren großartig.

Für mich ein echter Geheimtipp...
Wir waren wirklich sehr angetan von diesem schönen Hotel bestehend aus einzelnen Häusern. Die französischen Eigentümer haben die Außenanlagen und Einrichtung mit sehr viel Hingabe und Geschmack gestaltet. Wir hatten die Villa mit drei Schlafzimmer und eigenem Pool, die schönste und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, die wir auf unserer Balirundreise hatten. Einziges kleines Manko ist das Frühstück, welches im ebenfalls sehr schönen Hotelrestaurant eingenommen wird. Richtig hungrig darf man nicht sein...

After seeing the photos on the website was really looking forward to staying in a beautiful cottage BUT what i got was extremely disappointing in fact my cottage 803 was depressing, horrible old timber furniture. I asked to be moved which they did to cottage 806 was a bit better but the floorboards created at every step. The grounds are lovely and at night the garden lights are beautiful. The pool is fairly shallow, not deep at one end and no steps to access the pool for older people. The resort is quite a long way from the beach but they do have a shuttle once a day. Apart from that there is nothing around the resort no shops or supermarket etc. You have to walk the narow laneways to get to the beach, it would have been nice to have dinner near the beach at night and listen to music but being an older sole traveller i would not walk dark laneways with no lights at night.
