Villa Unalome is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 3 full bathroom villa is centrally located in the heart of Sanur.
The villa has a private pool with a covered outside kitchen and dining area, two lovely romantic bedrooms that have their own bright beautiful ensuite Bali bathrooms with lots of natural light pouring in through the large skylights.
This villa also has a dedicated office with top notch wifi, printer, extra screen, office supplies and another full connected bathroom for added privacy for the digital nomad and all their business travel needs.
The location of the villa is so convenient, a short 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the beach. You can rent a bicycle around the corner from the villa and ride on the newly built boardwalk that talks you from one end of Mertasari Beach to the other.
There are countless restaurants, cafes, bars, convenience stores, banks and liquor stores within walking distance. The villa is off of Danau Poso and easily accessed by your food delivery services from the many local eateries that show case every type of cuisine. Sanur also has wonderful shopping, lovely spas both on the beach and in town and a very old style Bali feel with quaint romantic beachside cafes and a more laid back local vibe.
The Mertasari harbor is a short car ride or 15 minute walk and is perfect for fishing trips or fun day trips to Lembongan island, a 45 minute boat ride to jaw dropping views and beautiful beach clubs. Mertasari Beach is also homeground to a large kite surfing community along with other beach activities, or just lounging at a coastal hotel restaurants or local beach Clubs like Memories Sanur Club, highly recommend!
The property is well appointed, extremely clean and minimalistic, outfitted with Bali style furnishings all custom made to order from near by villages. It is a great location as it is close to Ubud, Seminyak and Kuta and an hour or so drive (in Bali traffic, less if not busy) from famed surf spots Ullawatu, Canggu and other island attractions.
The villa has a house manager who will come 3x per week and bring fresh fruit and pastries for your arrival, she will clean the villa, pick up and drop off your laundry, and can also come more often and/or cook if requested as a separate arrangement with her.
The villa has a driver that is on call for guest use. he will pick you up and drop you off to the airport as part of your booking, and is available for you to hire separately for daytrip, shopping excursions or any other needs you may have as he is very knowledgeable and speaks wonderful English.
