«Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!»

«Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. «We stayed one night before heading to our weekly rental the home was veryComfortable and well appointed with everything we needed and the AC worked very well»

«The property is clean and comfortable. You will find it resembling the published photos. It is centrally located to explore the Cod and the islands as it is near the ferries. Communication with Amy, the host was great. She was prompt and even anticipated our arrival with suggestions. Shaw supermarket is 400 yards away so convenient.»

«This home was perfect for our family beach trip. There are several nearby beaches and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the Skipper! The host was very responsive and the check in and check out processes were very clear. We all very much enjoyed our stay here!»

«House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author. If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay.»

«Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. »

«Quick walk to the beach. Cottage was cute. Beds were not the most comfortable. 10am checkout is frustrating.»

«The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!»

«Nice location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable, and clean with a feeling of newness. Nice time of year to enjoy the porch and there was plenty of room for our group of seven. Three couches in the basement! Easy to get to town or beaches, etc. Host was helpful and communicative.»

«The property was as advertised and it exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and charming. And, it was a shirt ride to Hyannis and our fishing charter.»
