Vertshus i Denmead

«Jeg bodde i et fint stort dobbeltrom på andre etasje, med eget bad, tv, te og kaffe fasiliteter osv. Syntes rommet var behagelig og helt ok. Eneste ulempe var kanskje at nærheten til pubens uteområde kunne bety bråk, men det er greit hvis man ikke ønsker å legge seg tidlig.»

«Veldig hyggelig lite vertshus. God service, god frokost og hyggelig restaurant - både ute og inne. Full valuta for pengene. Anbefales! »

«Very friendly and nice staff! Clean and nice room and the restaurant was very good. Good location with large car park and the bus stops just outside»

«Booked a 3 night stay here.Great location, right opposite Osbourne House. Nice period property and room was spacious but tired in areas (shower had pieces of sealant hanging off and mould on the shower door). It would benefit from a good clean (eg dirty skirting boards, cobwebs, carpet stained). Hotel is situated on a main road so noisy even late at night with the windows open, although that didn't bother us. Had one evening meal here and one breakfast. Food was lovely although breakfast slow. ...

«The room was clean and nicely decorated. The sofa bed needs a new mattress as you can feel the springs digging in when you lay on the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful although there was a mix up over the cost of breakfast for children as we were told, ahead of our stay, that under 12’s were half price but aren’t. The bathroom could be revamped to give more space whilst standing in the bath showering - it’s far too small plus having a broken shower bracket resulted in water spraying ...

«Very tired decor- mouldy shower/ bathroom. Strong smell of disinfectant, exposed wiring on lights. Needs refurbishment.»

«Pleasant pub with fairly basic room, but clean and comfortable. Excellent food and friendly staff. We throughly enjoyed our stay.»

«Nice walking distance to Emsworth railway station. Staff friendly and helpful. An old building which is more of an Inn than a hotel. Car park is monitored by ANPR system. Patrons of the bar must register their vehicles at the bar (cannot return in less than 2 hours). Hotel guests register when they check in - not aware of any time restrictions. No breakfast facilities available so I suggest a list of nearby cafes that can offer this being provided.»

«Pub med mye karakter. Lavt tak, peiser og eksponerte takbjelker. Flott stor hage til bruk for alle. Romslig rom med flott bad.»

«Pros Excellent central location near cathedral and major attractions. Individually stylish, spacious rooms with quality amenities & quiet despite pub below. Friendly and helpful staff creating a welcoming atmosphere. Cons Parking is available, but not straightforward. Parking can be tricky—limited on-street zones; perhaps better to use nearby car parks. »
