«Easy to locate in this new subdivision. Actually located in Courtney would be our opinion…. Spacious basement suite to situated close to all amenities. Comfy bed and very clean. Great path system right out the backyard for a bit of exercise and a nice covered spot to sit outside. Would definitely stay here again.»

«The b and b is more like an air b and b. No meals prepared bu supplies were there for breakfast. The bed was a double and I would have preferred as queen. The bed was quite firm also. E we’re the first guests this spring and the owners were not quite prepared for us. It was a pleasant stay but could have been better»

«My friend (with infant) and I came to the island to visit and soak up some nature. Our stay in Buckley Bay provided beautiful views of the bay, with frequent visits from the seals and otters. The location, while a little ways outside of the main centres, was only a short drive to get to a cafe, nature walks, and restaurants. The house feels very spacious with large bedrooms and ample sitting space to cozy up with a cup of tea or good book.»

«The house was really lovely and like new. Nicely appointed with any kitchen gadget you could need and the overall amenities were great. We had our dog with us and it was wonderful having a fully enclosed lot around the house. It’s next door to a gorgeous trail system in the forest with access to Seal Bay park. We’ll definitely stay again!»

«This place exceeded all of our expectations. It was just as beautiful and cozy as the pictures. It was also extremely well equipped with a lot of thoughtful touches like logs arranged in the fireplace ready for us to light them, well equipped kitchen with a wide range of spices and other cooking essentials, and even kid friendly plates and cups. «There are so many positives about this rental that I can't possibly list all of them. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Don and we hit it off right away. Later Dale stopped by and we talked with her for a bit. What a delightful couple. «The position on the beach was absolutely lovely, specracular views over the water to the hills beyond, wildlife in the water (we saw and heard Sea Lions and Seals), birds and kayaking.
