«My girlfriend, dogs, and I stayed in what we called “the hobbit house” in the middle of a rainstorm and it was epic! The covered patio area was perfect to watch the rain, and still stay dry. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The furniture was very comfortable and plenty of activities to keep busy. We had an issue with the hot water heater, but within an hour the repairman was out and made reset the switch. He was super friendly and told us about the area. We didn’t walk to ...

«This home is in the perfect location! Just enough space for you and your partner to be cozy and enjoy all that Yachats can offer. The hot tub was so relaxing and the bed was so comfortable that my husband started looking for mattress toppers for our home to replicate his sleeping experience.»

«This was my second time staying at a unit at this property. The location is perfect, close to Waldport and a short drive to Yachats and Newport. The units are clean and cute with great beach views. Will be staying again in May.»

«What a lovely stay! The place was clean and you couldn’t ask for a better view and beach access. Backing out of the driveway is tricky but doable. The climb down to the beach could be hard for older people. Make note that there is only a toaster oven, no oven. We absolutely loved it though. It’s quaint and comfortable! We will be back again! It’s adorable!»

«Cute older place. Amazing location for the price. Someone needs to check the dishes between guests instead of relying on the honor system. Everything I went to use was visible dirty. Also none of the windows or sliding doors have screens we like to get the fresh sea air with out all the little bugs flying in. Overall I would stay here again if it stays the same price.»

«The owners paid a lot of attention to the details of making sure we had everything we might need. The place was very comfortable with very nice amenities (stocked kitchen, extra supplies, hot tub, etc.) The view of the river was lovely. We enjoyed our stay there very much.»

«Great place :) Clean, no clutter. Great location. Love that there are beach towels and assorted teas and a map to the beach <3 Willard the cat didn't bother us at all. And incase anyone is wondering, , the place was hair free and doesn't smell like animals. We plan to come back and have already shared with others. We really enjoyed our stay.»

«I had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Newport! It's a great location with most things in town under 10 minutes away. A central location for coastal exploration as well. I love that it has a washer and dryer and the kitchen was easy to use. Would definitely stay again!»

«We enjoyed our 1st vacation in 12 years- and definitely will be back! Very clean! The manager was very communicative. We loved the easy access to the beach especially since we have dogs. We enjoyed the views especially from the bedroom at sunset. We got lucky and had a couple of days of sunshine -very rare in April! The only thing that we would change would be bigger chairs/furniture in the living room … my husband is 6’4 Lol! :)»

«Bodde her kun en natt dessverre. Veldig fine leiligheter beliggende i havnen/marinaen - så nydelig utsikt. Hadde et velutstyrt og flott studio med alt vi kunne tenke oss. Eneste minus var sengen (skapseng)som trenger en ny madrass så en ikke faller ned i midten. Dette har hotellet fått beskjed om. Super service og beliggenhet. Her fikk vi skikkelig valuta for pengene.»
