«The location is quiet and convenient. Walking distance to Taksim Square and airport shuttle station. Staff is nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, but the toilet/bathroom lacks hangers or space to place the clothes. Some facilities (e.g. electric water pot) are old and need replacement. There is no lift, and carrying heavy baggages to the upper floor is a challenge. Overall, the accommodation experience in this hotel is very good.»

«Had an extremely pleasant stay at this apartment-hotel. We got upgraded to a much bigger room, which was amazing. If you have a room at the higher floors, you will have a panoramic view over the whole city - sitting in the living room overlooking the sunset was truly a magical feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The location is a little off-grid, so you have to use a lot of money and time to go to the main attractions, however it was worth it, due to the spacious ...

«The location is good and the staff was helpful and friendly. They actually helped us a lot in one case. The place is cheap, so don’t expect any luxury here. The apartment still had everything we needed, and the only drawback was that it could use a layer of paint. It’s still good for whoever is traveling budget. »

«0/5 It was not safe at all, it was very dirty and had a bad smell. The whole room smelled of paint. We only stayed there for half an hour and we all got headache. The photos posted on the internet did not match the reality at all. The staff did not behave well and did not take care of our problems at all. We arrived at 11pm and had to look for a new hotel that night. Although the problems were from the hotel, they did not return our money and treated us badly. They are thieves!!!»

«The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training.»

«Har vært der 3 ganger. Veggene er tynn som papir og det er vanskelig å søve nå folk fra andre siden krangler å slåss midt på natta og du har ikke mulighet til å melde til resepsjon. Andre natta fikk jeg heller i søve fordi de gir rom til folk for one night standing og de kjenner de damene godt fordi har hørt samme dame engang før. Men de gir ikke hensyn til å ikke gi dem rom ved siden av familier. Skal bare få inn folk og få penger. Håndklærne er minst fra 5 år siden. Ikke no sted for familie.»

«The showers flood to the whole bathroom after a few minutes. I thought this issue was just with my room, but I stayed with other 4 colleagues, each of us on our own room, and all showers had the same issue. Also air-conditioner is not working and after asking the staff they mentioned they only turn the master system on the hotter days. Had pretty bad nights in a very hot room.»
