When you book a stay at Seacrest Estate, you’ll have access to two unique homes with their own private spaces, perfect for groups or families traveling together. Outside of the driveway, no spaces are shared between the main house and the cottage, giving you the opportunity to spread out and find your own peaceful place to make the most out of your vacation. Of course, when you do want to come together, these homes provide plentiful opportunities to do so. Let’s dive in – literally!



At the cottage, a lovely outdoor patio is also available where you can dine al fresco at the café table with chairs and umbrella, or spend a relaxing evening by the firepit, illuminated by moonlight. Fancy an afternoon nap? A hammock is also on deck where you can lie back and gently sway all your cares away.



At the main home, spacious back patio will become your own private oasis, complete with sparkling inground pool, chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor sofa sets all waiting to welcome you. You can already picture yourself spending hours here, taking refreshing swims and air drying off in the warm tropical air. Just around the corner you’ll find a space perfect for an afternoon barbeque, with dining sets for meals al fresco or for a fun evening of games under the string lights.



If you’re thinking of venturing away from the homes, you’ll have your choice of things to see and do! You’ll be just 5 minutes from the beach where you can spend full days on the sand basking in the warmth of the plentiful Florida sun. Let the sightseer in you run free on nearby Atlantic Avenue where you’ll find world-class dining, lively bars, friendly boutiques, and scenic parks.



Indoors, both homes have been fully updated and have so much more to offer! In the studio-style cottage, curl up on the bed in the main area and stream a new movie or your favorite show from the mounted smart TV. Prepare quick meals to go or store all your favorite snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, brewing up your morning coffee via your choice of drip and Keurig coffee makers. A dining table for 2 can accommodate all your sit-down meals as well as play host to a fun evening of cards or games.



In the main home, the living room offers a comfortable sofa and armchair with the option to stream all your favorite shows on the large, mounted smart TV. The open floor plan organically blends the living and dining spaces together so that you’re just steps away from the elegant dining room table with seating for 6. From here, venture into the spacious kitchen where you’ll be met with stainless steel appliances and creamy white countertops. Ample cabinetry comes stocked with cookware and dinnerware for no matter what your culinary ambitions may be. Your early morning risers will be pleased to find both drip and Keurig coffee makers here, ensuring that your morning cup is exactly what you need to get yourself ready for the stimulating day ahead.



Main House:

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



Cottage:

This studio home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in the queen size bed fitted with fresh linens and soft blankets. The home’s modern, full bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in the main home.

- Driveway and street parking available for up to 6 vehicles.

- Pet friendly! 2 dogs maximum. No aggressive breeds or exotic pets permitted. A daily fee of $35 will be included upon booking. To pay your pet fee, please contact the customer care team after booking.
