✨ Your private pool is ready! Our brand-new pool is officially open, making this coastal retreat an even better place to relax and enjoy your getaway. New outdoor furniture and updated professional photos are coming soon.
Welcome to your own little slice of South Florida! This beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath home pairs relaxed coastal style with a great location, just minutes from the beach and downtown.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll find a bright, welcoming space with warm natural textures, soft colors, and modern touches. Stretch out on the plush living-room sofa, catch a show on the Smart TV, or gather around the kitchen island after a day exploring.
The fully stocked kitchen has the cookware and essentials you need to make yourself at home, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, and wine glasses. There’s also a cozy dining nook for slow breakfasts and easy dinners.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a comfortable spot for family or friends, with another full bathroom nearby.
Outside, enjoy the fenced backyard and brand-new pool—a lovely place to cool off, relax in the sunshine, or enjoy a meal outdoors. The pool is for Sea Breeze Main House guests; guests staying in the Back Cottage don’t have pool access. Tropical landscaping adds to the laid-back feel, and an outdoor kitchen is here for easy alfresco dining. Additional lounge furniture is coming soon.
The Back Cottage is a separate home on the property, with a fence and gate creating a clear boundary from the front units. The homes have separate indoor living spaces. For convenience, both cottages use the same access code during your stay.
Additional amenities include:
Free WiFi and Smart TV
Washer and dryer
Central air conditioning
Private driveway parking
Beach essentials
Laptop friendly workspace
Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, you're just a short drive to beautiful beaches, waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and all the energy of a nearby downtown.
🛺 Enjoy complimentary electric shuttle rides to the beach & downtown.
This home is ideal for extended stays, remote work, family vacations, or a relaxing coastal escape.
