«This is the perfect spot to ride your ATV from. Gas station not too far away, can ride to the devil anse trail system and beyond plus the outlaw trails are nearby. Host was absolutely amazing, can't meet better or friendlier people. The oven had an issue and the host not only fixed it right away but heated up our dinner while they did. I highly recommend this place, new front porch is great for enjoying the mountain scenery.»

«Everything about this place was great. We will definitely be staying here again. The only reason the location got a 4 star was because there is a ball park that shares a parking lot with this home and it gets crazy crowded but then on a good note you can run over to the concession stand and get some good snacks! We rode 10 hours one day. The trails were amazing around this property!»

«Ashley was a wonderful host. She responded to all questions promptly and had plenty of information on Hatfield McCoy trails near the house. She left a list of nearby restaurants and SXS repair shops. House is in a quiet neighborhood. We plan to stay here again.»
