«I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance. I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have. ...

«Brighton Suites was an amazing place to stay, and I definitely recommend it! The only thing I would advise future guests to keep in mind is that the walls are VERY thin. My partner and I heard many conversations through the walls, but it did not bother us. Overall, I would rate this place 5 stars! Our room was spotless when we came in and there were many towels.
