I had an issue night one and had to stay at another hotel. The receptionist didn’t know how to change our room or apply a Discount code. Then she refused to contact her manager to ask how to do so. Night two was better, the manager was on site and apologized for the issue and wanted to refund night one but we used Expedia so they said we have to reach out to them. She also reassured us that the receptionist could have made the necessary changes and she will address it. She was genuinely sorry and kept checking on us when she saw us moving through the hotel. The hotel itself was nice. The breakfast could be better. The first morning the pancake mix was sour. Overall it was just an ok stay.
