«Die Lage erhöht über Peguera ist super. Die Villa mit ihren 6 Schlafzimmern, 6 Badezimmern, 4Küchen und 2 grossen Wohnzimmern ist genial. Der Wintergarten lädt auch bei frischen Abendtemparaturen ein, gemütlich zu verweilen. In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants (insbesondere El patio de Bennu). Man kann ihr auch gut ohne Auto wohnen!»

«This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items ...

«3 generations of our family ventured to Bella Vista this June. Beautifully traditional Spanish villa. Views were amazing!! Biniaraix is a lovely place. We’ve been to this part of Majorca many times before so the location away from Puerto Sóller didn’t put us off. It is hard to get to by car and parking is limited but if your happy to be adventurous & also walk to places it’s definitely a little piece of paradise xxx»

«Inneneinrichtung ist eher alt und die Schränke riechen muffig. Pool ist schön, liegt ca 2km außerhalb Binisalem. Matrazen sind alt; insgesamt eher überteuert»

«Great communication throughout the whole process, property was clean, had all the facilities we needed, Air conditioning has been installed in most rooms. Only small issue was that the ants were coming into the kitchen when you left the tiniest bit of leftover food, but our friends who stayed in other properties had similar issues so I think it's just the way these villas are built. Beds have been very comfortable. The whole group enjoyed the stay and would come back again!»
