«Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it ...

«a good stay. Perhaps some of the property could do with a more thorough clean as I ended up cleaning the whole cutlery drawer. Somewhere to hang washing would be beneficial as not every clothing item is suited for the washer dryer. Bathroom nice, but as others have commented, some amenities would be welcomed»

«We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the British weather.»

«the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. »

«This apartment is in a nice part of the country and convenient to many lovely areas to visit. The property itself is in a quiet courtyard and provides a parking space for the occupant. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of trash around the courtyard and it wasn’t well-kept, with discarded clothing, cans/bottles, and even unopened mail lying about. The overall condition was adequate; there are tiles missing around the tub, the mattresses are thin but not uncomfortable, the furniture is basic but ...

«Donna was a great host! Responded very quickly, and the check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful. The place was very clean and well stocked; a small kitchen with all the items you’d need, and the bathroom was very clean and well presented. I would definitely recommend, so lucky to have found this little treasure.»

«The apartment was a home from home. Clean, spacious and all mod cons. The gifts, such as drinks and snacks were very welcome after a long journey...coffee and tea too, which was great as we forgot ours. Lovely garden, which our dog loved, excellent location for the beach, pier and Town. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. Will definitely book again as we go regularly to Clacton-on-Sea to visit family.»
