«The day we arrived took so much longer to arrive at the hotel because they were doing road construction therefore a ridiculous amount of traffic. Anastasia, came to greet us because our driver was unable to drop us off in front of hotel. Why? Simply because our hotel is literally on a cliff. It is located out of town far enough away that you are away but close enough it isnt a burden to run into town to grab something, its away from all of the people. Its quiet and very nice we loved it. «We loved our week in Villa Avouri, it’s a beautiful home from home with well equipped kitchen. The views are stunning and pool was lovely. «Although the amenities in the cave house were not what you would see in an upper end hotel (air conditioning, maid service, etc...) and are not meant to be, the location and the manager (George) were excellent. George scheduled several excursions and was always there to help us whenever we had issues. «This was a really lovely villa, it is even bigger than it looks in the photos. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would recommend having a hire car if you are staying here. We really thought the place was great however if I was going to be picky there were a couple of things that could be improved. «Really good location. Just a 5 min walk to restaurants and shops. We had come to attend a wedding. We found plenty to do and see on the other days. We didnt hire a car and got around using buses and taxis. The archaeological site and red beach are a 20 minute walk. But there is also a bus. Would recommend a boat trip to the islands»

«Strawberry Villa is situated in quiet historic beautiful Emporio. The villa provided everything for a comfortable enjoyable stay. The roof top sea, village and countryside views and jacuzzi were amazing. Villa manager Yannis was friendly, welcoming and an attentive host always with a smile providing useful information and always on hand resolving any arising issues. «Milos far surpassed all my expectations. Being so close to Mandrakia beach was a dream! You can hear the waves from the bedroom. The island is extremely easy to navigate by car or ATV, and this property is super close to the best restaurant on the island- Medusa.
