«The entire booking process was cumbersome / U had to provide copies of my drivers license, and screenshot of bank statement to prove payment. To get the keys I had to collect keys from a service station some distance away, wait to ensures keys were “scanned”. The apartment was dirty, outside area not able to be used and was filthy. I constantly received messages reminding me to ensure I left by 10am. When leaving had to drive to service station again, wait for key to be “scanned”. Terrible ...

«The pool was closed for maintenance so we were all very disappointed that we weren’t told this prior to checking in as we would have stayed elsewhere. There was no blinds in one of the bedrooms (only sheers) so it was very bright early in the mornings, fold out couch wasn’t very comfortable, all the furnishings are really cheap and need replacing.
