«We stayed in the Ammos suite which was beautiful and had direct views of the sea on 2 sides of the property. Staff were very helpful especially the Operations Manager, Vasilis. Rooms were exceptionally clean. It would have been helpful to have things like salt and pepper, foil etc. In the kitchen but the cupboards really are bare. Nearest supermarket is in Sami, 25 mins walk, but there is a great bakery 5 mins away sells big bottles of water in a six pack. There is also a great restaurant ...

«We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. «We had a great stay here, the staff was so responsive and the house keeper was so sweet. The rooms always were super clean, it is in a great location right on the marina and walking distance to the beautiful town of Argostoli. The parking sometimes gave us trouble as it was a very busy time of year and the town is packed but as long as you get a parking spot before 8 and leave your car there for the night you should have no problems. Nothing bad to say about this place.»

«Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68.»

«First of all: Thomatos Apartments Lourdas Beach has changed the name to Barefoot Contessa. We are definitely going back. Nice, clean and aery rooms with the perfect view to the Ionian Sea. This part of Lourdas Beach is calm and quiet, and perfect for morning bath before breakfast. We had a two room apartment, and the kitchen area is spacious, and with an extra bed.»
