«The hosts were marvelous ad the setting spectacular. We were met with coffee and muffins on check-in and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The Island speaks for itself as well even though it definitely was NOT Tourist season in January!»

«We stayed at Hame for 2 nights while visiting Skye. Hosts were extraordinary, breakfast and dinner were more akin to a 5 star restaurant, and the honesty bar was great in the evening when you wanted to wind down. I can't express how good the value of this experience was - make sure you stay before the place becomes too popular!»

«What an amazing find…a beautifully maintained hotel in the heart of one Scotland’s most beautiful places.
The rooms are a good size but the attraction is that they are exquisitely decorated and well-equipped. There are no staff on the premises but the rooms are serviced each day and the amazing variety of breakfast ingredients (including locally-sourced smoked salmon and cheeses as well as granola, fresh rolls, croissants and preserves, juice etc.)»

«Beautiful location halfway between Portree and Uig, perfect for exploring the Trotternish peninsula. The premises are spotless and in excellent condition. The hosts were very accommodating and personable. Breakfast was delicious. Note: if you do not have a car, transportation could be tricky. Nearest restaurants are 20 minutes away by vehicle. Would stay again. Highly recommend Loch Eyre House!»

«We never had an ocean view room, but our room was so cute and cozy, I felt like I was in a bedroom of a house rather than a hotel room. We loved it. Bed is super soft and cozy. We had some great sleeps. Easily walkable to the shops/food/ grocery. Would stay here again. Loved it.»
