«+ large apartment in a quite neighbourhood
+ good location in walkable distance to the most
+ easy check in/out if you don’t mind to do it by yourself
- we didn’t like that the bathroom was made only of a thin glass. It gives no privacy
- the bathroom had bad smells from time to time
- it was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. I guess the insulation is very poor»

«A lovely, comfortable and very spacious apartment. We came as a family of four, and the Rosa apartment was ideal.
The location is great - right in the centre. While Ath is small, it has a good selection of very nice restaurants etc. And the location is very convenient for Pairi Daiza.
Overall a great choice for a stay in the region.»

«Cute apartment, clean and with air conditioning, and good location. Our only issue was with check-in. There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. Amazingly the hosts replied when we called at almost midnight and they did sort it out and come give us a key. However, we were just getting into bed when another family arrived and opened the door, claiming they had rented this apartment. We noticed they had taken our ...

«The location was great, 25 minutes to train station, We used it as our base and trained to Brussels, Bruges, Antwerp. Came in on bus Flix bus from Amsterdam, maybe 40 minutes to walk from Dampoort bus. Only thing we wished had was broom dustpan that we could have swept as dirt from shoes.Steep steps but we had bigger suitcase and a small one and was great. I love the self check in and keep day door so you don’t have to have a keyClean, well equipped»

«We had a great stay as a family of four in the Mini House. Kitty and her family could not have been more welcoming. The house was perfect for our needs for a one night stay, exactly as described and very clean throughout. We especially enjoyed being able to use the pool and seeing the animals. The Mini House is situated in a peaceful location, yet close to amenities. We would definitely stay there again.»

«I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro.

10/10 Utmerket
Svært pen og romslig leilighet. Praktisk beliggenhet for å komme seg rundt i Belgia. Meget hyggelig personale. Det eneste negative var at det ikke var air condition så vi hadde vinduene åpne i stedet, men det kjørte stadig biler forbi og det bråker ekstra mye på brosteinen utenfor. I tillegg ringer kirkeklokka hver halvtime-time.
