«Arrived at night. Reception is unmanned. Note on door that said keybox code should've been mailed out night before, and a phone number to call if there were any problems.
Mail not received. Owner didnt answer phone. Had to sleep in my car through the first night. Next morning, owner still not picking up phone. Had to contact Hotels.com, who managed to get the situation sorted, and obtain the key code. Stayed for several nights, and made more attempts to contact owner. Never returned my calls, ...

«Great location and awesome view. However room and kitchen size is a bit small for a family with kids. Also balcony size is smaller than expected and did not have table and proper chair to sit and relax.»

«well, let me start with this place was advertised as a one bedroom, it is not , it is a studio that has hospital curtains separating two beds. There is no door to close for privacy. Also, the one working pool was not inviting.Yes, we knew not all the pools were working, but we did not know the extent of the exterior or that from beach facing the hotel it says condemned. And although the view is spectacular the daily trip to and from beach was a chore because there was no access from the hotel. ...

«The room was clean, but for the tub had mildew and mold in it . The room was very musty. bedspread. towels.I don't think anyone had been in the room for some time. Everything we brought home smelled musty. And there was no place to hang Wet clothes or towels after showering. The mattress was very comfortable. It is a good location. Would had been fine if not for the musty smell. We did not notify the owners about the musty smell while we were there, we just dealt with it .sprayed Some lysol, ...

«Fun studio to stay on the beach with family. We stayed as a family of four. Felt a little tight but spent very little time in the room and most of the time on the beach. Studio had everything you needed inside such as a toaster oven, dishes, beach towels and more. Very clean studio. Sofa bed worked good for the kids. Queen bed was a murphy bed. Wasn't very comfortable and was noisy to sleep on but did come with nice clean sheets, pillows and blankets. Favorite part of the studio was the ...
