Truly stunning oceanfront views from this totally renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located on the 26th floor of Peck Plaza Condominium!. You will enjoy direct oceanfront, unobstructed views of the ocean, river and coastline from this beautiful condo. The unit has been completely renovated including an open kitchen with all new appliances, solid surface countertops, new tile flooring and so much more! Fully furnished this condo includes a King bed in the private master bedroom, pull out couch, and dining for four plus extra seating at the kitchen bar. This unit also has a full size washer/dryer for your convenience. The bathroom is also fully updated with shower, new tile, lighting and cabinet. Building amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, extra large sun deck, tennis/pickle ball court, basketball court, exercise room, game room, and more! Residents will also enjoy reserved secure parking and plenty of extra parking for guests. A truly unique feature of this building is Top of Daytona restaurant located on the 29th floor of Peck Plaza with 360 degree views of Daytona. Perfect spot for a nice dinner after a long day at the beach. Pool & beach access open!!

Simply put … perfection

Our stay was simply perfect. Long overdue vacation with our grandson who is 5. Condo was exactly how described. Fully stocked with everything you can think of. Only thing missing was a pizza cutter :) condo was clean and quiet. Once we got our groceries we didn’t really have to leave. Pool was awesome and beach was beautiful. The sunrise was absolutely breathtaking and we got up 3 times to witness it. My grandson was amazed to be as high as the birds were flying. Ashley, the property manager, was amazing and helpful. Would love to visit again.

Perfect condo for a couples get a way

The condo is just as pictured. Location and parking is wonderful. Commication with managers and check in/out process was flawless. We'd definitely stay at Peck Plaza again.

Breath taking views

This is our 2nd year staying at this unit. The view is absolutely amazing. Having a dedicated parking spot in the parking garage is great. We love everything with this unit! We will be back again next year!

Fantastic View, Fantastic Condo

Five stars all around for this condo at Peck Plaza. This was our second stay at this location, and in the same condo. It was recently remodeled and has everything you need -- coffee maker (Mr. Coffee and Kuerig), Refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, king-size bed, and plenty of closet space for hanging clothes. This unit even has beach chairs and beach towels. One of the elevators was down for service, but that was a minor inconvenience. The best VRBO unit we have ever stayed in.

Fabulous place to stay. Loved Ashley.

This condo was spot on. Super clean, beautiful view, and on the quiet end of Daytona Beach. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a nice vacation. Check in was super fast, bed and soft sleeper was very comfortable and the view can’t be beat. Thank you Ashley for a great vacation we will be coming back.

Great stay

Property as described. Condo and grounds were very well maintained. Condo was very well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and quick. Nice to have the restaurant at the top of the building for happy hour. The large ocean front deck was a plus with plenty of chairs.

Always a Relaxing Stay in DBS

They property was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean. The view from the balcony is excellent. We enjoyed using the hot tub, basketball and pickleball courts. Out favorite activity is riding and walking on the beach. There are many park and good restaurants to visit. We had zero hiccups during our stay. Everything made for a smooth and easy trip. Thank you.

11 Day Daytona Break

Myself and my wife have stayed in the Peck Plaza before, hence our return, but this time in a different CONDO (this one!). Ashley made the experience seamless, with solid communication and met us promptly at the agreed time to get settled in. The CONDO has wonderful views, and is very well kept and we very much enjoyed our stay. This CONDO is highly recommended. We thank Ashley for looking after us and will be back in the future. For those if you that choose to stay here, enjoy it!

Newly Renovated Property with Fantastic View

I had always wanted to stay at Peck Plaza for years; this was the year we decided to do it. This one-bedroom unit was recently renovated and looked brand new. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed. Plenty of closet space to hang your clothes. The kitchen has all new appliances; refrigerator / freezer, range / oven, dishwasher, microwave. There is also a new washer / dryer. I'm not an interior design expert, but this unit's colors and furnishings were perfect for an oceanfront condo. Nothing but 5 stars for this property. FYI: Peck Plaza's condos are generally divided into four units per floor: SE (southeast), NE (northeast), SW (southwest), NW (northwest). If you want a true oceanfront view, then rent the SE or NE units (this unit is NE). You can see the ocean from the SW and NW units, but they generally face toward the Halifax River.

Wow!!!

This property was amazing, From the 26th floor, you see nothing but the Atlantic. The unit was perfectly outfitted for our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Beach access was quick and easy, the pool was nice and warm, and as an added bonus, there is ping pong and billiards. Ashley, with Peck Realty kept us informed of everything and made check-in/check-out a breeze. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We will stay there again.

Best view in Daytona

The room was a clean as it could be. Ashley was amazing in booking and extending our stay. The condo had everything you need for your stay. The only suggestion I have is putting blinds or curtains in the living area. If you are watching TV the sun comes in directly and you can't see the TV at all. The view was the best in town. One other thing but would never keep me from booking again the shower head you need a hand healed for those not as tall. It works but would be nice. All in all a great place to stay. Pool was very nice, had games for kids, pool table, I liked having my own parking space so you didn't have to look for a space when you came in. Thank you Ashley for making this a great vacation.
