2/2 OCEANFRONT 8th Floor Unit with Open Pool

Two bedrooms, two bath oceanfront condo sleeps 6 with a queen sleeper sofa. A full kitchen to prepare your favorite meal while enjoying beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The wrap around balcony provides plenty of space for all to take in the ocean breeze while enjoying a cup of coffee for sunrise or watching a launch from Kennedy Space Center. Amenities include high speed wireless internet, 75" tv's in the living room and each bedroom with cable. The property provides a beachfront sundeck with lounge chairs overlooking the communal pool, fitness room and sauna, assigned garage parking and secure building entrance. Located three miles north of International Blvd., you have shopping, nightlife, and attractions all within a 2-minute drive.

**UPDATES - There is an ongoing concrete restoration project for the building. The North end of the building, which includes this unit, is mostly complete with work. NOISE is likely and will vary on intensity as differstages are completed on the south end where construction is still ongoing.

Pool is open and new beach stairs are directly accessiblefrom the property.

Great view of the Ocean, spacious unit. Only downfall was the garage, and the assigned spot, very tight for a large SUV. Host was communicative about the garage space being very tight, so was not a surprise. Surface parking lot was not full at time of stay, so was able to utilize open parking.

Before we rented this place I asked the host to clarify what construction was going on and she stated that this unit was on the north side of the building and the construction was currently on the south side of the building and they were done with the north side. She said we could hear noise between 8 and 4. We thought we could live with that and rented it for a week. The first day we were there the construction noise started which was air chiseling concrete on the balconies in the other side of the building and two floors down. The noise traveled thru the whole building and sounded like it was directly above us. It was so loud that I think it was over OSHA limits for any duration and was unbearable. We went out by the pool and it was just as bad.We requested a refund that first day and the host only agreed to 50%. We further requested more from VRBO stating that they shouldn’t even be listing this place. We ended up getting more back from them and it was about a full refund minus the one night we stayed. We had to find another place that day and ended up at a small hotel type room with a kitchenette on the beach. Very disappointing vacation! (As a side note the master bed mattress was firm as a board and the second bed wobbled around with every move. Very uncomfortable!) I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Place was wonderful honestly somewhat off putting with the amount of construction waking you up daily though it was mentioned prior. ONLY huge negative was the strictness of absolutely everything. Im 100% on board with keeping things nice and tidy, though the place wasnt super clean for the amount of rules theyll charge you extra for. Including an elevator camera to charge you 100 on top of the 2200 you already paid for if you accidentally bring in a drop of water from a place literally seen for the beach life? And they have strict curfews like uour visiting a retirement home instead of staying for a getaway yet have round the clock LOUD obnoxious construction of all hours of the day. Otherwise honestly the views and that were absolutely breathtaking

Really enjoyed our stay

The property was very clean even with concrete restoration being done. It did get a little loud once they started working but we weren’t there very much considering we were there for a race and spent most of our time there at the track. Location close to Daytona speedway was a big plus too.

This would be a great place to stay when construction is over.

The unit was really nice and clean but were not aware that the noise would be so bad. For two days of our five day stay we listen to jackhammers right outside our bedroom window for 6 to 8 hours each day. We were aware that there was construction going on in the building but we had no idea that it would be that noisy. It was so loud we could not even stay in the unit and had to leave during the day while construction was going on. I do not think that this unit should’ve been rented during the construction because it was impossible to stay there while it was being worked on. I will say that the apartment was very clean and very nice and I do think that it will be an excellent place to stay once the construction is completed. I don’t recommend staying until construction is completed.

Nice Condo but

Condo was very nice and knew there was construction at property but was not informed of no beach access or no use of the balcony until we were 4 hours from the site and by e-mail so if I had not checked my emails we would not have known until we arrived. Very disappointed in the management of the property.

Lots of hurricane damage

When we first arrived we found we could not enter the room as our passcode that was set up by the manager did not work. After 20 minutes we had a backup code that allowed entry. The space was nice and open. We learned we could not go out on the baloney due to ongoing repairs to the complex. We where aware of potential repairs but not to the extent that was actually occurring. We where welcomed to constant hammer drilling between the hours of 8-4 all week. Not relaxing at all. Would have liked to be aware of this so we could have planned for other activities during these times before we arrived. Very disappointing we could not go on the balcony and view the ocean as that is what we thought we had paid to see with the ocean view room. The constant jack hammering made staying in the house unbearable during the day. A reduced rate for occupying the house should have been made available prebooking

Great place!

Place was very clean/big! Has a secluded parking garage you can park your bikes in during bike week! Beautiful views from all the rooms, construction was not as bad as I thought it would be (noise wise). Very cool plants throughout the place give it a really cool vibe! Water pressure in the shower was low, but happens in building like that! Would definitely recommend. Lady at the front desk during check in was super nice and Laid back! Looking forward to staying here again
