Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "Sunnyside Penthouse!" Enjoy stunning views of No-Drive Ormond Beach from the top floor, Southeast corner condo (no condo above,10th floor, the best) full ocean front balcony! "Sunnyside Penthouse" has been recently updated and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property

Just off the double queen bedroom, there is a large air-conditioned walk-in closet where you can place a pack 'n play crib. Baby can sleep in quiet while Mom and Dad and rest of family enjoy the condo. (Pack n' play available for rent)

Not only was the condo spotlessly clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with high quality pots, pans, and dishes. The nicest condo we have stayed in on Ormond beach. Will definitely bookmark this rental for our yearly vacation.

Holiday weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo — it was clean, spacious, and the views from up high were absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect size for our large family, and we felt very comfortable during our time here.The only downside for us was the check-in and check-out experience. Standard check-in is quite late at 4pm, and the only complimentary early check-in option offered was at 3pm. While we appreciated that hour, we ended up paying extra to check in earlier, since we were traveling with small children and had driven a few hours to get there. At other VRBOs we’ve stayed in, early check-in was often allowed at no charge once the property was clean and ready — sometimes as early as 1 or 2pm — so this felt a bit restrictive.Additionally, access to the pool and beach is only granted once you’ve officially checked in and have your key fobs. While we understand and appreciate the security, it was disappointing not to be able to enjoy any of the amenities while waiting for check-in — especially with kids eager to swim after the drive. The same limitation applies after checkout — once you’re out, you no longer have access to the pool or beach, even if you’re still on the property or in the area.Overall, we loved the condo and the space itself worked really well for our family. With just a few adjustments to the check-in/access process, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

Ice machine broke water all over floor used all paper towels only gave us 1 roll so we had to buy ice and paper towels Cold water knob just turns no water comes out! Only the hot water knob in the shower, so had to use the other bathroom shower Otherwise the condo was clean!

Nice condo on the beach for a family or group

Staff was super friendly and helpful--especially when we got locked out after hours. Someone was available and didn't have any issues getting back in. Close to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean, quiet with a great view of the ocean and beach. Appliances were high end, GE Profile, but the microwave was wonky/in rough shape. Only suggestion/thing that could be improved is minor, providing shampoo, conditioner, soap for the bathrooms for guests. Also a little frugal on supplies for the washer/dryer and doing dishes. Otherwise, would rent again. Thanks for a great stay!

Best vacation spot

The condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, the view was phenomenal, easy to get in and out to the beach/condo/garage, well organized, clean, and the residents and staff were very kind. The beach was not crowded at all. There were plenty of places to go eat down the street and cute boutiques to shop. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views and wonderful stay

The condo has an amazing view of the beach and we had plenty of room for our family of 8. It was very convenient to have a full bath for each bedroom. Plentiful towels, pillows, blankets, etc.Kitchen was extremely well equipped and we easily prepared large family meals. Grateful for all the extras, like paper goods, dishwasher and laundry soap and garbage bags. Grocery store very convenient. Building was very quiet. Communication was also very easy. Will definitely come back when we travel to Ormond Beach!

WONDERFUL Ormond Beach Penthouse Condo!!!

Wow oh Wow!!! That’s what we all said throughout our week’s stay at this AMAZING, Beautiful, Comfortable Beachfront GEM “The Ormandy” in Ormond Beach, FL. Sunrise to Sunset Sensational! All pictures shared by the owner are exactly what you’ll see when you enter this fantastic home away from home. The condo is exquisitely decorated and so thoughtful arranged. The beach is beautiful, not crowded, silky smooth clean sand, aqua blue water, direct beach access and peacefully tranquil yet lively FUN for ALL. Oh and talk about well-organized owners/Florida Vacay. All instructions and guidances were clearly provided and made our experience truly seamless. Lastly special thanks to Michael the building maintenance marvelous guy who was so very kind and helpful. He’s a true blessing to ALL!!!

We loved staying at the Ormondy. This was a quiet condo. We felt safe. There are two negatives about this condo. There were so many rules for the condominium. We were nervous that we would do something wrong. A full size truck could not fit in the underground garage. Thank goodness there was a parking lot to park the truck.

Quality all the way

This was a perfect condo for couples. My party which include 3 couples loved the lay out of the condo. Each couple had their room w/bathroom. Giving us common area to mengal and our privacy with leaving the condo.
