«It was an unpleasant experience at the hotel. In the end, we decided not to stay the night we paid for due to the terrible service. The room was very cold, and the heater did not work. We will not go back again.»

«It was lovely walking into the room with the heater on, ambient music playing and a lovely aroma in the air. The room was really nice and clean. My only niggle was the bed was a little hard for me. The location was very central for exploring. I would definitely recommend it to others.»

«Overall, our stay was okay, mainly because the location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made getting around really easy.
There were a few things that let the room down, though. We had booked a room with a king bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which made the bed feel uneven and uncomfortable. The bathroom also had some maintenance issues; water was dripping while showering and even when using the hand basin tap. Another issue was ...
