«We were only there for the night. The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. TVs were large and modern.The host was very helpful and quick to respond. It was so nice that I almost hesitate to mention a negative but the living room area needs a recliner or another chair besides just the couch.»

«We can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for the 6 of us while we were in Gainesville for a wedding. The owner is awesome and was always only a text away. There were 2 sets of laundry rooms, a refrigerator in each room, the bathroom are all updates and beautiful. Four minutes to downtown Gainesville was nice for going out to eat and activities. If anyone is thinking of staying in Gainesville look no further, this is the place. You can set outside on the patio and we saw ...
