«Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all ...

«We stayed with friends and 3 young children between us. Adrian and Jenna were such kind and generous hosts. The house was perfect for our families - lots of space and so convenient for all the amenities Ashburton has to offer, as well as local excursions. We had a great stay!»

«The house was perfect for 15 of us to stay for the weekend and we would definitely book to stay again in future. The facilities are exactly as listed and the house is conveniently located, with beautiful sea views. There are a couple of things to note that could do with improvements, the main one being that it was almost impossible to have a shower as the water pressure is very poor in all of the en suits.»

We didn't think we'd find anywhere suitable within budget. This property came up and had it all. It is such a beautiful house. Spacious and had everything we needed. «Lovely property. But you will need to bring your own shower gel or soap, as normally these things are provided In small disposables, but was not here. Paper towels also needed to buy. Parking isn't free, £8 a day in the car park opposite.»

«Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)»
