Rosi's Apartment, located in the Neunkirchen district of Daun, offers partial views of the nearby mountains. Situated on the lower ground floor of a family home, the apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a dining table, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed 180x200 cm and a baby cot, the other with a bunk bed, each 90x200 cm), a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, and a conservatory, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The apartment is accessible for guests with disabilities and can be entered with a stair lift upon request.



Guests have access to a private outdoor area with a shared garden and an outdoor terrace with seating and a barbecue for your exclusive use—perfect for relaxing evenings.



There is direct access to hiking and cycling trails such as the Kosmosradweg, Eifelsteig, and Maar-Mosel-Radweg. The Nürburgring is only 30 km away. Bike rental, supermarkets, and restaurants are about 5 minutes away. Parking is available on the property.



Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Please respect quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.



Please note that construction work on a neighboring property for a family home is expected to begin in October. The exact duration of the construction is currently unknown.
