«Great view of the sun coming up over the mountain on balcony. The sound of moving water behind the trees.Nice and clean, easy check in, close walk to everything.»

«Close to all amenities and family gathering in Groton.»

«Place is great, 10mins to NH bank pavilion for concerts. Super clean and host responds within minutes!»

«Did not use any of the amenities this time, but all are very good and clean. My only suggestion would be that in the bedroom the curtain be changed so it can be closed all the way. On the bottom floor, a couple of times people were walking by the back of the property in the snow and you can see directly into the bedroom.»

«Property is on 4th floor almost at the end, so you have to walk the most with heavy bags..that was pain.. had problems with heating and cooling system. Also requested for 1 hour late check out at the time of booking, never received any response on top cleaning stuffs were sent to the property sharp at 10 am. Our friends rented another property on the same building and they could easily checked out late at 12:00 pm. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and proximity to the slope is unparallel.»

«Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend.»

«Great location - walkable to small town. Very close drive to slopes»

«Comfy beds, clean space, nice amenities, amazing location!»

«Can’t say enough good things about this place! Very clean. The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly to all my questions. We had everything we could’ve possibly needed and more. The beds were great, the couch and throw blankets so cozy. Fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. And the view off the balcony…heaven! Also took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub and they were great. Can’t wait to go back!»
