«We were upgraded to the family room, which was great, the only concern was going up and down the steep staircase having to access the kitchen and bathroom, and there is no TV in the bedroom. Something I did not see mentioned in the reviews I looked at was that the nearest shops are 20km away, in Ysterfontein.»

The paper work that was presented to me by the manager showed a credit card number on that was not mine! Luckily I have my banking app and hotels.com app on my phone, I showed him my credit card statement showing that the payment went through to hotels.com on 10th November and I showed him my booking on the hotels.com app showing that I had paid in full. When I arrived at Reception, I thought I had got the wrong place, but I met Ulrich Onaggi the owner who is charming and he directed me to the right place to park, and then we walked across the lawn to the room, which was huge, and could have been a former barn.
