«Very clean and new»

«Normally a very good hotel. Currently had an extension being built. So plenty of daytime noise. Had a broken shower that I’ve been informed will get fixed. However my main concern/problem was a member of staff called Lilac (or some similar). Rude just doesn’t cut it. Repeatedly interrupted her colleague at time of check in. So much so I asked the check in staff if they wanted to deal with her e»

«Excellent property….vey well managed, beautifully presented, very clean and functional. Staff were extraordinary with a particular shout out to Mel who went above and beyond to make us welcome and is a beautiful cook as well. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this property. 5 stars is not enough.»

«Loved my stay at the hotel. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast.»

«Clean and modern.»

«Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had (family room) was tired and well used. Poorly set out, occupants of the double room had to go through the twin room to access the bath room. Unfortunately very noisy hot and smelly due the kitchen extractor fan located outside the bedroom window. «All round good facilities, parking, cleanliness and food»

«Friendly but unimposing hosts. Lovely food, including the freshly made marmalade. The cooked breakfast was great with a range of cereals and freshly made toast. Off road parking. Lovely large room with emsuite shower.»

«It’s is a lovely place to stay and the price and quality of the food is amazing.»

«Enkelt og rimelig motell beliggende langs motorveien. Det er ikke noe annet i nærområdet enn en bensinstasjon, fastfood og storkiosk. Helt greit når man er på gjennomreise.»

«Attending a wedding there. Stayed there for 3 days. Room was clean. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning being downstairs. You had to be careful about leaving the window open, would we stay there again? Yes»

«So clean, our room was immaculate so were all the other areas of the hotel. Really lovely stay, fabulous breakfast and dinner!»

«Caro the host was lovely and friendly and very hospitable. The old Manor House is beautiful set in rolling countryside. The bedroom was large, beds were comfortable and good shower. Caro provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would defo visit again. The Globe Inn nearby does good food and the staff and locals were good fun.»

«Lovely comfortable room and excellent staff. We really liked the food- dinner and breakfast were spot on.»

«Cosy traditional b&b room above the pub itself, surprisingly quiet (never heard a sound) even though the pub below is a very popular place and full every night. Nice breakfast, good evening meal, can’t fault the place. Patrick and the locals were very friendly, we happily chatted amongst them all evening on both nights we stayed. All in all a very good time, would we stay again? Absolutely no problem at all.»

«Great location, lovely pub and atmosphere. Lovely staff. Great size room, really comfy bed. Loved our stay would deffo recommend and stay again»
