«Nice location on the island. The view from the third floor was wonderful. (There is not an elevator.) The beach and the pier were nice. The unit itself is old, outdated, needed some repairs and could use a good deep cleaning. The bedroom is extremely small.»

«Outdated and worn. Still has a vcr (not connected) by TV and a couch from same era. No deadbolt on door, just lock on knob. Easily opened door with credit card to open latch bolt. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app! Wish checkout time was later and could have used another mirror in the unit outside the bathroom as well as some coffee for our one morning there (we flew in for a night and it wasn’t worth buying even a small package for just one day). But, this condo had all the other basic necessities, a lot of coastal charm, and was close to everything we needed! »

«This was a very last minute decision to go to the isle of palms. Great little condo. Third floor walk up, but great exercise for all the great food we ate! Balcony looking out to the ocean. Very clean, decorated nicely, tons of tv viewing options and kitchen was well stocked. «State of the art notification when room is ready? Didn’t happen. Eat in kitchen? Kind of a stretch, there are stools at a counter but those stools are technically in the living room area. Nobody answers at real estate company, have to leave a message. If you dial the on call person? It hangs up on you. Asked to call me re: air conditioning issue, but they texted instead and sent workers there while we were away. Would not rebook there.»

«Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them to book what you want. Our stove was broken, WiFi was not working and vent was closed in the bedroom. Maintenance employee can right over and fixed the air vent and WiFi. He was very kind and ...
