«If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding.
We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. «Can’t really complain about anything here. The room was super clean and housekeeping was done every morning. The food at the hotel is so tasty, as well as the coffee of course. The best part is the staff who are all so friendly and attentive, Melina especially. She is so nice and helped me organise so many parts of my trip, even walking with me to the bus station to find my bus to Uvita. Thank you Melina! »

«What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!»
