Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Your vacation home will be a newer build home with a charming and picturesque exterior. You’ll have a 2-car garage to park your car away from the sun. As you step inside, you’ll easily be able to see the care that was put into making this home a luxury one. The high-end finishes are stunning and the open-concept design makes the space feel bright and spacious. The space is luxurious but is warmed up by the furniture and décor, making it still feel like a home. The living area has beautiful décor, comfy furniture, and lots of warmth, which is key to any good living room.



You’ll love your gorgeous kitchen that is spacious and completely open to the main area, so everyone can still be together. Beautifully designed with custom cabinets, gorgeous countertops, and modern tile backsplash, you’ll love using this kitchen. And it comes equipped with everything you need, from cookware to utensils, so you can even cook up your own fresh meals if you get tired of eating takeout. You’ll also have many options for where to enjoy your meals. The kitchen has a breakfast area and barstools at the counter and the dining room has space for more people to eat together among the warm décor.



The 5 spacious bedrooms offer plenty of room for a large group to comfortably spread out. They all have comfy, high-end furniture covered with lavish linens. The rooms are designed to provide you the ideal environment for a restful sleep so you can wake up feeling refreshed for a fun-filled day. You’ll have access to 2.5 bathrooms, all of which are clean and nicely updated just like the rest of the house. The master bath has designer ceramics, a jetted garden tub, huge walk-in shower, and a double vanity. Plus, you’ll even be able to use the laundry room so you don’t have to overpack and can easily wash your swim clothes.



Speaking of swimming, you’ll absolutely adore the outdoor space this home provides. The yard is fully fenced in so you can have your privacy. Enjoy your meals around the outdoor dining area under the large covered patio. Lay back and relax on the lounge chairs or the hammock. Or take a dip in the gorgeous custom pool, perfect for hot days!

The Neighborhood:

Situated in a highly sought-after neighborhood in Rowlett, your vacation home will be in a growing up-scale community, located right by Lake Ray Hubbard. There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located 10 minutes away right by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. You’ll be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and less than 30 to downtown Dallas.



You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026 and one of the most magnificent football stadiums in the world - just 50 min drive.



Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 10 minutes away, offering a fun destination for the whole family, and the Waterview Golf Club is also just 10 minutes away. There are also tons of green spaces. The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 12 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and allows hikers to create paths ranging from one to 15 miles long. 5 minutes away and situated on 6.4 acres of land, Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. Additionally, Firewheel Town Center is just 12 minutes away in neighboring Garland, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★



No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Thank you kindly.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★



Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 26-000495 issued by the City of Rowlett.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
