This beautifully updated historic triplex is ideally situated in a serene residential area, offering the perfect blend of peace and convenience. The location couldn’t be more convenient: situated along the Dallas Streetcar line, with the station only a 5-minute walk away. The line takes you directly to the Dallas Convention Center, and is also connected to the Deep Ellum DART station for easy access to the rest of the city. Dallas Methodist Hospital is just half a mile away, a quick 15-minute walk on a flat sidewalk.

You will enter the secure gated property and through the front door marked with a gold circle M at the front of the house. At the top of the stairs, you'll find the door marked "Godwit" on the right. You have arrived!

The area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar.

You will have access to the grounds around the triplex including the gated parking lot. The front porch, however, is reserved for guests of The Santiago.

Please note there is only room for you to park ONE CAR in the gated parking lot.
