Stay Longer for Less – Affordable Extended Stay

If you did not receive any, please message the host. This MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN DATE to finalize your booking. **Important:**

Enjoy a budget-friendly extended stay in Garland, perfect for business or leisure. Our fully furnished condo include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and comfortable beds. Free parking, and a convenient location near shops, restaurants, and major highways make your stay stress-free. With flexible stay options and rates designed to fit your budget, we offer everything you need for a comfortable, long-term visit!

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.


Quiet hours between 10PM and 6AM.
Late checkout fee is $35 an hour before Noon and $50 an hour thereafter.
Early checkin fee of $25 an hour (example, if you want to checkin at 2PM for a 4PM stay, and we are able to accommodate that, then we will charge 2 x $25 = $50 for early checkin).

Complementary supplies are provided on arrival but do not include refills after checkin.
This community values security and requires us to register all guests and inform the leasing office of their travel dates prior to your arrival. You will be required to fill out a registration form upon booking and must complete it in 3 days or prior to your arrival, whichever is sooner, or risk cancellation.
Disturbances to neighbors (i.e. shouting, loud music and other noises) will not be tolerated and will result in a cancellation without refund
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property (including the private balcony). If smoking is detected during your stay, it will result in a cancellation without refund plus smoking fee.
Maintenance personnel may service the unit from time to time to include general maintenance, housekeeping, & pest control. We may not be able to inform you when the maintenance personnel will arrive.
Smoking fee $350 (if smoking is detected, we charge this minimum fee to clean the property)
Item return fee is $50 + cost of shipping

Flexible Check-in Option: We understand travel plans can vary, so we offer flexible check-in options to accommodate your schedule:

Check-in between 1-5/4 PM:
Pay $25 per hour.

Check-in before 1 PM:
Get 25% off the previous night's rate if you check in before 1 PM.

PLEASE NOTE that early check-in or late check-out requests are not guaranteed at this rate. The $25 per hour option relies on the cleaner finishing early on check-in day. For a guaranteed early check-in time, choose 25% discount off the previous night's rate.
