• Enjoy our backyard with a swimming pool with lounge chairs, outdoor fire pit set, golf putting green, and gas BBQ grill (propane is provided).



****If you want the pool heated during your stay, you need to let us know a minimum of 24 hours in advance, as it takes a long time to heat this much water. There is a fee of $75 per day to heat the pool. Pool will be heated to max temperature of 85 degrees upon your request and payment.

• (1) bedroom with 1 King size bed, 2 walk in closets with shelves and hangers. 55" Roku Smart TV.

• (1) bedroom with 3 full size beds, walk in closet with shelves and hangers.

• (1) bedroom with 2 queen size beds, walk-in closet with shelves and hangers.

• (1) bedroom with 1 full bed, plus bunk full size bunk bed.





Guest access:



You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.



Parking: we have a circle drive in front of the home that can fit 4 vehicles. There is no street parking on our street, however you can park on nearby cross streets.





Other things to note:



We don't allow more than 15 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.



We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.



Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $200 and must be pre-approved before your stay.



Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

About the neighborhood:



Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood in East Dallas, Texas. We’re only a 25 min drive from the Dallas Love Field airport and about 30 min from the DFW airport. 13 min to Downtown Dallas. 7 min to White Rock Lake and Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.





⭐⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐⭐

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:



• Our house max is 15 guests and anyone coming to the home counts towards that total regardless of how many are staying the night.



• Check-in is from 4:00pm to 10:00pm. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp as cleaning staff will arrive to prepare for same day guests checking in.



• We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.



• This is a home, not a hotel. There is no on-site staff and we cannot provide 24/7 support. If an issue arises, message us and we’ll take care of it as quick as we can.



• This home is meant for quiet, respectful enjoyment. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.



• A City noise ordinance is in effect 10PM-7AM. Bluetooth speakers are NOT allowed at this home due to the excessive noise they cause. We have a noise monitoring device installed in the property that will send you and us alerts if it detects excess noise and/or crowding & smoking.



• This is a non-smoking home including the garage (including e-cigarettes / vaping). A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to remove odor if this rule is broken. Smoking can only be done outdoors.



• The use of illegal drugs or the practice of any illegal activity on the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If this rule is broken, it will be reported to the authorities and you will be required to immediately vacate the property.



• Please clean up after yourselves, bag all trash, and replace any moved furniture to the way you found it. If cleaning is required above and beyond a normal cleaning, the extra cost will be passed onto the guest.



• If any personal belongings are left behind, they will be kept for 24 hours after check-out. After that time, they will be thrown away.



• There will be a $250 fine per night for exceeding our guest max.



• Please note that while our pool is generally crystal clear year round, no refunds will be given if the pool is unusable during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Some things are just outside of our control.
