• Pre-Check-In: Complete the pre-check-in form before arrival to receive your access codes and digital house manual. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.



• Host Support: Our team is available 24/7. Please contact us directly for assistance rather than contacting building staff.



• Décor: Furniture and décor may vary slightly from the photos.



• Special Requests: Early check-in, late check-out, a Pack ’n Play, or an air mattress may be available upon request and subject to availability. A second air mattress is available for $35/night.



• Quiet Hours: Amplified sound equipment that can be heard beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.



• Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage. Oversized commercial vehicles 15,000+ lbs are not permitted unless actively loading or unloading.



• Off-Street Parking: 1 parking space is included. Additional parking may be requested.



• Street Parking: Free street parking is available after 6:00 PM Monday–Saturday and all day Sunday.
