Inside, you'll find a bright and comfortable layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV for relaxing evenings. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Security

Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance and exterior areas only.

There are no cameras inside the home.

Do not tamper with security cameras, WiFi equipment, or smart devices.

Tampering may result in immediate eviction.

Cleanliness and Property Care

Please treat the home with care.

Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, or missing items.

Report any issues immediately.

Do not move or rearrange furniture.

Clean up spills promptly.

No food or drinks in the bedrooms.

Wash dishes after use.

Dispose of trash properly.

Excessive cleaning may result in additional cleaning fees.

Air Conditioning and Heating

Do not set the air conditioner below 72°F.

The recommended temperature range is 72°F to 75°F.

Set the thermostat to 76°F to 78°F or turn it off when leaving the property.

Keep all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning or heating is running.

Do not operate the air conditioner with doors or windows open.

If the system stops cooling, turn it off and notify the host immediately.

Kitchen and Plumbing

Do not pour grease, oil, or food down the kitchen sink.

Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, diapers, paper towels, or hygiene products.

Pets

Pets require prior approval.

A pet fee of up to $150 may apply.
