«Wonderful host, great old house to explore, like a museum with a Brit twist! Great wrap around porch. Teacups, plentiful tea and coffee in room. Our suite was like an antique store, so many items to appreciate. Very clean accommodations. Short, easy walk to downtown Waxahachie, great breakfast places. Sweet town.»

«A beautiful bed and breakfast. The first floor has 12 foot ceilings with stained glass windows that must be at least 6 foot tall. The dining room and wood stair case are striking. The king beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff and owner work as a team, and they are gracious and go beyond the call of duty.»

«Asked for cleaning twice, they said they would do it, but when we came back nothing was cleaned. Not even new towels. The bathtub did not work. No restaurants to eat breakfast.»
