Slott i Dalbeattie

«We stayed just the one night. The staff were very friendly and eager to provide good service. We enjoyed a pleasant drink on the lovely patio overlooking the river followed by a tasty meal in the bar. Breakfast was excellent . Our room was fairly basic with quite a small ensuite . The WiFi was good. We were pleased with our stay which represented good value.»

«Property located in peaceful location. Not much in the walking distance. You can walk to local pub in about 25 minutes. We drove everywhere. Very nice beach in 6 minutes drive. »

«Older property but well maintained.»

«The hotel is very nice, with lovely rooms and beautiful surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, although they often had to juggle multiple roles at once, which sometimes made them difficult to find. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and if I return to Castle Douglas, I would happily stay here again.»

«Excellent service from the ladies who run the inn»

Opphold bare ett døgn var i minste laget. »

«I've stayed at the Trout a number of times, it is a pretty, well maintained hotel with lots of character and ideally placed to explore Cockermouth, the Western Lakes and the national park. The food is good and the staff are professional and very friendly.»

«Et meget koselig og stillferdig hotell sentralt i Dumfries. Enestående eier og personale. Innbydende interiør og standard. Badet var nyoppusset og romslig. God seng. Frokosten utsøkt. Stor parkeringsplass. Frister abdolutt til gjentagelse!»

«The only positive from our stay, if it didn’t Happen, would have actually been a blessing . The front desk agreed to help us check in later than possible by leaving key in lockbox. Unfortunately, same desk clerk told us hotel was in Dumfries which has a road with a similar which led u s to council housing at midnight.
