«This was THE MOST welcoming place I have ever stayed. Even though it was about 8pm when we arrived, Akira diligently showed us around the property, ensuring that we knew exactly how to use all of the amenities and that we would have the best stay possible. Anyone who rents needs to be able to handle steep stairs to main floor and very steep and narrow stairs to loft.»

«The apartment is very cozy, the neighborhood is quiet with lots of stores and restaurants. It's a short walk to the station so you're close to busy parts of Shinjuku and connections to the rest of Toyko. Its a one room apartment fine for two but I think three people would be cramped. Appliances were all good and worked fine. Beds are comfortable. The shower is great. Host was prompt answering questions and check in was very easy. I stayed here for 28 days and would happily do it again.»

«Seriously the smallest place I've ever stayed. But the neighborhood is terrific and the space was clean. Our host was very responsive and answered any questions within minutes. This would be a great stay for a couple wanting to experience a neighborhood with lots of young people, restaurants and bars. Side note (which was a plus for us, but not be for everyone) this is right in the heart of "love hill', essentially an old red light district. So you'll be walking by (or into) plenty of sex shops, ...
