«Clean room but room was as bland as can be, not even one picture 9n a single wall. Only one small pillow per person. Staff very limited english. When arrived we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves with no help. Expected more from the Melia chain. Park tickets were cheeper online that on the hotel. Lots of noise on the hall ways. Of the 8 hotels I have stayed so far the last i would rank.»

«Be aware that this hotel has a purely «all inclusive» concept. There were unfortunately no possibilities to buy drinks, beers etc. without wristband options. Neither any à la carte dinning. Luckily there was a really nice beach restaurant in the next door hotel where you could pay for good quality food and drink services (The Haven Beach Club). Having that said, the staff was lovely and service minded and the premises clean. »
