Holiday House for 6 People (65 m²) in Dahme

Our holiday townhouse is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers around 65 m² of space for up to 6 guests. The property is about 500 m from the grocery store with bakery and the sandy beach.



Upstairs, there is one bedroom (approx. 14 m²) with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and another bedroom (approx. 12 m²) with two single beds (each 2 m long). Both rooms are equipped with synthetic duvets and pillows.



On the ground floor, the open-plan living room (approx. 25 m²) features a newly renovated floor, a sofa bed for 2 (1.60 m x 2 m), two armchairs, and satellite TV. From here, you can access the fenced south-facing terrace (fence height approx. 1 m).



The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, dishes, and cutlery.



The bathroom with window, shower, and coin-operated washing machine (use available for an extra fee) is also on the ground floor. Wi-Fi, books, a travel cot, and a high chair are available free of charge.



You and your children can enjoy the playground with sandbox, slide, swings, and a large lawn. A barbecue fireplace is also available.



A parking space and bicycle storage are provided.



Dogs are welcome! Up to two small or medium-sized dogs may join you for an extra fee and can run freely in the fenced terrace area. Please bring your own blankets and towels for your pets to protect the furniture. Other pets are not allowed.



Bed linen, towels, tea towels (please bring your own baby bedding), as well as electricity, water, and heating are included.



A local visitor’s tax (Ostseecard) applies.
