Holiday Apartment for 5 People (55 m²) in Dahme

Our holiday apartment with balcony is about 55 m² and accommodates up to 5 guests. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Dahme on the Baltic Sea. The beautiful sandy beach is about 500 m away, and a grocery store with bakery is around 400 m away.



The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (each approx. 10 m²) with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) in each. Synthetic duvets and pillows are provided. The living room (approx. 20 m²) with balcony features a sofa, 2 armchairs, satellite TV, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and dishes. For the 5th guest, there is a guest bed in the living room (recommended for children up to 10 years). There is also a bathroom with shower and window.



Bed linen, towels, dish towels, bath mat, electricity, water, and heating are included. Please bring your own baby bedding.



A coin-operated washing machine, free Wi-Fi (no streaming or gaming due to data limits), and a parking space are available. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request.



The outdoor area next door is easily accessible via the private garden and offers a playground (sandbox, slide, swings, large lawn), a barbecue area with grill fireplace (please clean after use), bicycle storage, and a clothesline.



Pets are not allowed. Dishes and grill grate must be cleaned and put back by guests; this is not part of the final cleaning. Tourist tax applies.



Important: Parking during renovations

Due to ongoing construction, direct parking at the property is not possible. You will receive a parking permit for a nearby street. The duration of the works is currently unknown. Thank you for your understanding.
