Herlig hotell
Utmerket hotell med utmerket mat og god service. Shuttlebuss inn til Hoi An. Vi benyttet taxi. Hadde junior suite med ocean view som var beliggende bare ett par meter fra havet.

Amazing property. The Victoria Suite was right in front of the beach. I got unfortunately ill but the hotel was helpful in finding a doctor. I will for sure return to this amazing property

Flott resort med høy standard
Dette er et resort med rom i bungalow stil spredd ut over resortet. Resortet har et svømmebasseng av grei størrelse, tilgang til sjøen via trapper ned en "skråning" i tillegg til resortets private strand i enden av resortet. Under mitt opphold var det fullbooket, men jeg hadde ikke problem med å finne ledig solseng. Det er 5 km inn til Hoi An og det går gratis minibuss fra resortet jevnlig. Taxi koster 100.000 vnd noe som er svært billig. Resortet har bare en hovedrestaurant, som serverer en frokostbuffet med rikelig utvalg. Hver kveld er det et tema til middagsbuffeen som for eksempel vietnamesisk marked, fersk fisk, grill o.l. I tillegg kan man bestille fra a la carte menyen både til middag og lunch. Pool baren serverer både mat og drikke mellom frokost og middag.

Best resort there is
Super excellent and friendly staff makes this beautiful resort perfect. They also have good chefs preparing delicious vietnamese food. The breakfast buffet is superb.

Perfect ocean front Hoi An Hotel
This hotel has been a go-to spot for us in Hoi An since 2007. Although the level of tourism is off, the management and staff continue to provide excellent service and support to the visitors. We look forward to seeing this facility back to the capacity levels of pre-covid years. This facility is a traditional oriental design and service delivery on the ocean with easy access to the old town in Hoi An. A serene retreat.

A welcoming hotel in a nice location away from the crowds and right by the sea. The rooms are lovely, we were given an upgrade to a deluxe garden view room which was spacious and comfortable and with a great sea view. There is an excellent selection at breakfast and the pool is nice, plenty of room to swim. But the best part of this hotel is the team that work there. Everyone gives their all to make sure that you have the best stay. It was my birthday on the stay and the breakfast team sang to me and gave me cake. Each evening the housekeeping team provide a wonderful legend and chocolates for your pillow. I loved the stories and have kept them all! Nothing is too much trouble for any of them, from the pool team to the reception. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I got food poisoning from breakfast and there were Geckos in my room. As a result, I decided to move to a different hotel for the last night. When I notified the hotel they were unconcerned and refused my request for a refund for the final night even though I didn’t stay there and they got me sick.

As we informed you, Vietnam is a tropical country so Gecko is a common animal in our house and room. We pita note in all our rooms to notice about Gecko. It is not dangerous. It is useful by eating insect, mosquitos. For breakfast, we serve Buffet for all inhouse guests and no feedback from the poison food from other guests. We informed Expedia to refund 1 night to you. Best hotel in/near Hoi An
We booked a room with an ocean view. The room was very spacious. It had a wonderful outdoor garden shower. The waves from the ocean nearly crash up on to your doorstep. There's also a patio with chairs outside your room to enjoy a drink with your partner. The service was wonderful, and they have a currency exchange at the hotel.

Definitely recommend this hotel
Lovely hotel right on the beach, the staff couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are great. The pool area doesn't look that big in photos but there are lots of sunbeds and there is also a private beach. There's also a free shuttle bus to the old town which is great to see.

All the staff at the hotel go the extra mile to ensure that you have a great stay. All are friendly and helpful and happy to provide advice and information on the local area and activities The hotel itself is spotless and all amenities are working as described. The pool was located adjacent to the beach so there was a fantastic cooling breeze blowing across - definitely needed in the recent 30C temperatures there Food at the hotel was great, including breakfast where there was plenty of choice of freshly prepared items, and dinner and lunch selected from the menu and all at very good prices. The hotel is about 3 miles, 5-10 mins outside of Hoi an old town but they run a free shuttle several times a day which was very handy. Having said that, the taxi fare is not the much anyway - around 10k VND=£3 The surrounding area has a number of restaurants where you can get cheap Vietnamese and western style food and there are a few shops and pharmacies for necessities I would definitely recommend Hoi An and the Victoria spa resort.

Stayed for 4 nights with my son. Had amazing experience. Excellent service and wonderful medical support too. My 6 year old son had ear infection and it was so reassuring that hotel also has full time nurse on the promises who arranged a doctor visit for us.

I can’t rate this property more for our stay in June! We stayed for 4 nights for our Honeymoon and it was absolutely lovely! The staff were so wonderful, provided us a free upgrade and had arranged a special treat for us in our room. The pool and surrounding areas were just beautiful. The resort was so calming and relaxing. Happy hour was an excellent addition for a few cocktails. As to be expected the beers are more expensive at the hotel than in town. But paying a little more to lay around the pool was worth it for us. The hotel offered a shuttle in and out of Ancient Town 3 times a day and even squeezed us on when one night we forgot to book. On check out, the called and Taxi and arranged a fixed price that was substantially cheaper than our Taxi there and as we left at 5am for a flight, they had arranged a breakfast bag for each of us as we were leaving before breakfast opened. I would happily stay again if we ever returned to Vietnam!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans l'hotel. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le cadre est magnifique. La mer est accessible depuis l'hotel et la piscine est au top. Nous recommandons cet hotel sans hésitation.

Excellent hotel to combine hoi an and beach
Great location on the beach . Just few minutes drive ( shuttle) from hoi an city. Large rooms a bit dated in term of decoration but hotel is spotless and service outstanding with friendly and attentive employee whether reception, restaurant, bar, spa , beach ....etc Great breakfast too. Don t miss the side car tour to discover hoi an surroundings differently . Will definitively come back here
