Opphold på 3 netter med 3 rom. Bra beliggende, i nærhet til badestrand , med mange gode spisesteder i Nguyen Van Thoai, men hold unna den lille restaurant rett ved siden som heter Cơm phở bún Hà Nội / Chè sầu Liên ( maten er ikke god og føler at man ble lurt av de som eier, de er ikke seriøst . Frokost på hotel er greit, ikke noe spesiell, og servise på frokost må forbedre, de bare stå der med mobil

Litt språkutfordringer blant personalet, men vi ble tatt godt vare på og fikk det vi ønsket både av mat og drikke. Takterrassen har flott utsikt både mot by og strand.

Great Hotel
Stayed one night, would've stayed longer if i could. New hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Close to the beach. Rooftop pool was nice and clean. Rooftop bar was not opened yet.

施設自体は若干古い感じがしましたが、広くて海にも近くて良かった！ ホテルの前にGrabの客引き？がたまにいましたが、ドアマンが追い払って下さったり、ホテルのエントランスの階段もキャリーバックを運んで下さりました

The room with partial sea view we checked in was not consistent with the photos we booked, such as all dark wooden furnitures and floor instead of the light colors in the photo. It felt old and dark, making it very uncomfortable. The countertop of table was not clean very well and was sticky. There are many food markets, shops and convenience stores near the hotel, which is very convenient.

名前の通り川のそばで、ナイトマーケットまでの距離もさほど遠くなく、立地条件は最高でした。またホテルのスタッフも気さくで、いい人達でした。 朝食も種類がたくさんあるわけではありませんが、パンにフルーツ、卵料理と私には充分で大変満足しました。 次回またホイアンに来た際には是非利用したいと思います。

This hotel was comfortable, immaculate and very friendly. The staff were very generous and met our every need. Had laundry done and although more expensive than other services in are it was done incredibly well. We walked to dinner and beach was 3 mins away. Highly recommend!!

Loved everything about my stay here except that I couldn't control the AC. There was no individual AC unit in the room itself. The hotel itself was great, location was perfect and i enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Our receptionist was wonderful and so was our driver, Son Le🥰. Son Le treated us like family and even got medicine for me ❤️. The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. They support us fully during check-in and check-out. The room is large, airy, very clean and quiet The breakfast buffet is diverse and very delicious. The rooftop swimming pool is very beautiful, large and has a view of the sea. Fantastic! スタッフの対応は丁寧だったが、お風呂のお湯が出なかったのがややストレスだった。周辺にお店はあるが、少し外れると治安が心配になる。隣の部屋や外の騒音が聞こえるので気になる人は避けた方が良い。空港送迎サービスを利用したが、30分以上到着が遅れても快く出迎えてくれたのが嬉しかった。

　ビーチ近くで、周辺には飲食店やマッサージ店があり便利。市街地への車やバイクはすぐに手配できる。何よりもスタッフの笑顔が素晴らしく、安心できる。近くに飲食店が多いので、夜中まで賑やかなのは許容範囲です。屋上プールは清潔感あって、見晴らしが良い。ここで昼寝、最高でした。 　帰国日に体調崩してレイトチェックアウトをお願いしたら、対応してくれてありがたかった。ポートーのTHANHさん、外からホテルに戻ったら、直ぐに預けた荷物を運んでくれ、GRUB手配もサポート、気配りが嬉しかった。
