Svært pent spahotell med fine, store rom. Veldig fint bad utstyrt med alt man trenger (sjampo, såpe, tannbørste, tannkrem osv). Behagelige senger. Hotellet tilbyr billige og svært gode massasjer Grei frokost, med unntak av at de har en toastmaskin som burde vært smurt. Denne laget en høy, skjærende lyd i frokostområdet. Treningsrommet er slitt og svært dårlig utstyrt. Både manualene og vektstangen var skitten og rusten. Tredemøllen var skitten og slitt. Ut over det hadde vi et bra opphold. Svært hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte.

Fantastiske ansatte som alltid var behjelpelig med det vi måtte trenge. Hotellet litt fint til i kort avstand til gamlebyen. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

We stayed here for 5 days, the hotel itself located just outside(literal 5 mins walk) the historic city. We were saved from the hustling and bustling of the night market area without being far away from it. Staff explained and gave us intro about city when we checked in for the room. Room was spacious and clean, the balconies with the creepers vegetation was awesome. Breakfast was decent, enough spread and variety. Spa was great. Our stay in the hotel really add to the whole experience in Hoi An.

This is an awesome hotel which led to an wonderful stay for us. The location is very close to old town and night market. The staff were extremely at best with their customer service. Buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and outstanding service. Our VIP access was recognized from the beginning to the end of our stay. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful. I do however have two major concerns regarding the hotel. The first is that they advertised a free beach shuttle. This however is not available and should be removed from the listing as it played a factor in me choosing the hotel while denying their customers the service. The second concern is regarding the free bike rentals in that they are not safe to ride and someone that is not knowledgeable or experienced with bikes may get seriously hurt. The hotel makes you sign a waiver that if something happens to one of their bikes, that the customer is on the hook for over $100. The bikes however are in poor repair. Four of the bikes I tried did not have working breaks. I offered to show the employees how to fix these but they are not provided the tools necessary to maintain the bikes. Two of the four that I tried had flat tires. They do not have a pump at the hotel. Lastly, most of them looked like the bike chains had never been oiled. The result of this will be that a customer will take the bike out and get stranded when the chain breaks which by the look of their condition. Overall, it's unfortunate that the hotel cut corners on the amenities and that for this reason, I dont feel it lives up to it's 4 star billing. The reception and building staff were excellent. The flaws in the hotel are from a hotel management level not delivering what they advertise.

Völlig überbewertet. Kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Hustenreiz vermutlich wegen Schimmel im Beton und vermutlich Schimmelsporen in der Luft. 1.Zimmer gewechselt, aber gleiches Problem im 2.Zimmer. Zimmer sind kalt. Kleidung und Handtücher trocknen nicht im Zimmer. Location ist gut und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und immer bemüht zu helfen

事前にメールで相談したら、浴槽付きの部屋にアップグレードしてくれて非常に良かったです。 歩いてすぐ日本橋やナイトマーケットのある地区まで行けて、かつ　一本裏道なので静かで良い立地でした。 ただお風呂のお湯の温度が低い、ひどい時間帯　夜などは水しか出ないようなこともありました。 食事も美味しく　良いホテルでした

The perfect hotel stay. Everything was just perfect, a beautiful place with a top level customer service. As part of the VIP Access they upgraded my room (a huge beautiful one), late checkout and an overall amazing treatment. The location of the hotel is just right, 5-10 minutes walk from the busy area, but somehow very quiet. I recommend to stay in this hotel to everybody, you really cannot go wrong.

Hôtel plutôt sympa avec un personnel très accueillant. Les chambres sont très sombres. Des traces de saletés à droite et à gauche. Grosses traces sur le plafond. Les prises fonctionnaient pas ou mal du côté des tables de nuit. Belle piscine et petit déjeuner bien complet.

오래된 건물 같아 보이나 내려앉은 덩쿨이 그 오래됨을커버하여 제법 운치 있습니다. 호텔 위치는, 숙박하는 동안 올드타운으로 매일 아침 산책을 나갔다 올 수 있을 정도로 가까운 쪽에 위치해 있습니다. 저렴한 편인 호텔인데도 싱그러워 보이는 아담한 풀장에, 직원들은 친절하기까지.. . 조식은 기본적인 것들로만 갖춰있었는데 아침은 간단히 먹는 저는 괜찮았습니다. 전체적으로 저는 가격대비 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 아. 단점이라고 말하긴 힘들지만… 세탁서비스를 사용하였는데 유연제를 얼마나 사용하셨는지 모든 옷들에 냄새가 베일 정도였다는.. ㅎㅎ

We stayed at this hotel for only one night and it was a pleasant stay. The room was a little bit dark, but clean. Lots of little lizards in the hallway at night, but none in the room. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a great location. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Ancient town and old town. The staff was very helpful and very Mi e. I would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the suite overlooking the pool. The windows block out any noise and the room was comfortable and clean. Condition of the room is OK but could be improved much better. Overall stay was great, staff were friendly and breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Old Town.

Don't stay if you want peace and quiet.
A decent hotel but our stay was ruined due to lots of undisciplined children screaming constantly. One morning at 5.30am the pool was full of them going beserk. The staff couldn't have cared less and did nothing to stop the noise. The pool area was too small and always in the shade. There was constant noise from people moving furniture above us. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We completely loved our 2 night stay at this hotel. We arrived early and despite this, we were checked in early, allowing us extra time in the beautiful pool on an extremely hot day. We really appreciated the peaceful environment. The buffet breakfast was lovely with an egg and noodle station. The happy hour afternoon dtinks by the pool were nice. The staff were welcoming, gracious and professional and offeted good advoce about local shopping, tips and traps. Our deluxe twin room on the 4th floor was spacious, quiet and nicely appointed with a large bathroom and great rainshower opening onto the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely hotel!
Such a lovely hotel! Perfect location close to the ancient town, lovely big room, great swimming pool and breakfast buffet. We also made the most of the free bicycles and cycled down to the beach (approx. 4km away). The staff were so helpful and it was just perfect for our time in Hoi An.
