Rimelig og god alternativ
Rom virket noe mindre enn forventet, men ellers alt var forholdsvis nytt og fresht. Lytt - kunne høre andre gjester ute i gangen. Svømmebasseng er kanskje det beste ved dette hotellet - utsikt i alle retninger og generelt behagelig sted å være. Kunne blitt her en natt til. Hyggelig personale. Frokost med tilstrekkelig utvalg - to dager med nokså forskjellige retter å velge mellom, flere asiatiske enn europeiske, vi sultet definitivt ikke. Noen kvartaler fra stranden, fult overkommelig gangavstand.

가성비 좋은 호텔
가격대비 좋습니다. 객실이 조금 좁긴하지만 2명의 여행객이라면 충분 합니다.
루프탑 수영장도 좋습니다. 하지만 조금 깊습니다. (1.5m ~ 1.7m 정도)
복도와 현관의 아래부분에 틈이 있어서 소음이 바로 들어옵니다.
새벽 비행기 때문에 잠시 머물러 조식은 먹어보지 못하였습니다.

Poor and unhelpful reception
Booked 2 days with hotels.com but when I arrived and showed my booking the receptionists said they cannot find my booking. They kept our passports and the booking printout but refused to phone hotels.com. I said I don't have phone for make distant call to HK and the receptionist said they can't make neither. I said it's illegal to keep our passports and the next day they gave back on condition that we pay the deposit of USD81. Finally I had to contact my family who helped me to phone directly to hotels.com several times as they don't have people to attend the phone at night. I never felt so angry with a hotel. The receptionist is not helpful at all.我給前台我預訂記錄但她說找不到我的預訂,收了我們護照及預訂紙卻拒絕致電hotels.com,讓我自己聯繫(即使我說我不能打長途),完全沒有幫忙找出問題所在,我告訴她她扣留我的護照是違法的,翌日她給回護照但收取81美元的按金。最後我要家人致電多次hotels.com才處理到,因為晚上致電沒人接聽。

First class staff!
What can I say about the Kings finger Hotel? Let’s start with the staff, they were excellent. Every member of staff that we came in contact with were so helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble at all.
Check in was very smooth and although they wanted to hold our passports during our stay we said no and this was not an issue, they just said, ok, no problem.
Breakfast is geared towards the Vietnamese but hey, that’s fine we’re in Vietnam. Our room was very clean and tidy. If you’re looking to spend 3-4 nights in Da Nang I highly recommend this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
It’s the staff that make a good hotel great and The Kings Finger have excellent staff.

화장실 냄새가 너무 심해요..
밤늦게 도착해서 잠만 자려구 잡은방이였지만 룸 상태는 괜찮았으나.화장실에서 공중화장실 악취가 너무심해서 샤워를 할수 없었다..그것 말고는 조식도 가격대비 괘안앗고..수영장도 이용은 안햇지만 괜찮아보였다..
하지만 다시 가고싶진 않다..

Great Hotel
I was comfortable and happy when I stayed here. Room was very clean, receptionists were very helpul and friendly. View from rootop swimming pools was so wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

WONDERFUL HOTEL
Hotel is nice with beautiful view from the rootop pools on 16th floor. There is a skybar near by swimming pools so you can order some snack and drink when you enjoy swimming. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpul. Buffe breakfast was good with many food for your choice. Highly recommend.

저희는 첫 날 조식을 늦은 시간 이용하려고 갔다가...
먹지도 않고 3일동안 이용하지 않았습니다!!!

와이프가 국내에서 새로 구입하여 신지도 않은 샌들도 분실했네요!!!

3박 아들 둘과 다녀왔습니다.
가격대비 매무 만족합니다.
16층에 있는수영장은 작긴 하지만 바다전망을 보면서 하는 수영도 좋았고
침대도 셋이 자기에 충분했습니다.
프론트에 한국말 하실 수 있는 분이 계셔서 도움 많이 됐어요

Terrible
First the breakfast was the worst in Vietnam. Receptionist were unfriendly only the door men greet you. The room was smelly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

OK Hotel nothing special
Good location hotel, great view from the rooftop pools
Rooms on the small side - family of 4 in a room with a triple bed and a single bed and not much more room.
Only 1 lift for a 16 floor hotel so a lot of time spent waiting for the lift
Roof top pool ok but limited drinks choice available and they ran out of pool towels in the afternoon
Clearly have some trust issues with guests and towels - have to sign for a pool towel and you can't check out until they've counted your towels in the room
However bearing in mind what you pay it's a great deal, good location and not bad at all for the price

The elevator was too slow..everytime I take elevator had to wait for at least 5min to for to your floor/destination. The rooftop pool is dangerous because the glass barrier is only at knee level, not at neck level. Pool was ok. Staff was helpful but design and room need improvement.

미추천합니다.
대략 3일 입실했습니다. 금연실이나 흡연도가능하다하여 흡연하엿고 청소도 잘해주었으나 바퀴벌레큰것이 존재합니다. 직원들의 서비스마인드는 보통이며 중국관광객이 풀장 접수하면 난리남니다. 간혹 더운날 비엇을때 풀장 독점 가능은 합니다. 음식은 평균이며 몇직원은 일을 잘하나 나머지는 별로엿으며 다른곳을 추천드림니다. 하루정도 토스하는 자리론 적당합니다.
식사는 뷔페이나 과일은 금방 사라저 리필안됨니다. 질은 중하 입니다.

Nice Hotel.
Good location. Fantastic views from our room. Food served pool side not so great as it needs to come from 3rd floor restaurant to16th floor. Staff very courteous & friendly.

I stayed here in March 2016 and it was my first time in Vietnam. Staff was nice and friendly. This time they were not as good but the doorman remembered me. Booked last minute and it was busy season so the hotel was packed with families (lots of kids). Got a room that was not nearly as nice and it was in the back section of the hotel (one elevator). Long waits and decided to walk a few times from the 10th floor for breakfast. Location was close to the beach but next time I would choose a different hotel.

It was new, clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. View from the pool rooftop was amazing. However the wifi was too slow and unstable at night, we couldn't use the internet at all, there might be too many people using at a time.

Actually in the same location and share the entrance with king's finger hotel, Very friendly staff, got free upgrade and a lovely cake for my birthday, nice view with 10 mins walk to the beach
